Its become more obvious over the years that this chain is just another brand name, and you pay a lot for that name. There are certain foods one can get there, which cannot be easily found elsewhere -- like rice whip cream and some spices, cheeses, and other exotic ingredients. However, so much else is heavily overpriced. I got an item just the other day that I found online (no sale, coupon, or discounts) for about $6 less. They also have a habit of not putting price tags on essential oils. This may not seem like a problem, but they sell diluted and pure essential oils whose labels look almost the same, and have sometimes an $80+ price difference (seriously). I complained to the manager about the hassle of mistaking one for another, which resulted in extra time at the check out line waiting for the kind cashier to get me the one I actually wanted (and this happened a few times) but the manager just said that certain loopholes allow them to do this. Nice. I only ever shop here if theres an ingredient I need that I cant get elsewhere. Useful at times, but mostly just hype -- and you pay heavily for it. Needless to say, I wouldnt recommend this place, though the cashiers do tend to be very nice -- much more so than other stores.

Checkout staff is great. Customer service line can be hit or miss with regard to speed. Overall however, this is my least favorite Whole Foods Market. The prepared food section is incredibly light compared to other locations. What they do have can be very hit or miss. Sometimes they have buffalo wings, sometimes they dont. Sometimes they have whoopie pies, sometimes they dont. The parking is an absolute nightmare when the place is busy. First the spaces are too narrow. Second, store management and the parking management point the fingers at each other as to why they dont boot or two people who park ridiculously sloppy. They have a $15 minimum and validate for an hour. In the Ridge Hill (Yonkers) location, the minimum is only $10 and for 90 minutes. All Whole Food Markets need their express checkouts remodeled. Theres never a distinct place to put your shopping basket. So when its busy, there are baskets in the way. I think a lot of this stores woes would be rectified if they were to simply move somewhere else in town so they could have a bigger store with more parking, and a lot that they have full control over.

I recall when this store opened. We all ran to check it out and keep coming back cause its so good. Butcher style meats and fresh veggies and fruits. The selection is good. It was convenient to shop for good tasting foods in one store since Westchester is wide spread and you have to go from one parking lot to the next for everything. it is great to bring the kids so they can select good foods, There are lots of healthy snacks and healthy tastings allowed. Every day is a culinary class, or a giveaway taste in the departments. The store is pricey but you pay for what you get--:Quality. They do stamp the parking so you dont have to pay in the lot.

No one could answer my questions about some of your produce! I wanted to know if the ears of corn were GMO free. If you font inform your staff, at least post if it is GMO FREE, this is very important to many people. Please, also post if the fruits and vegetables are organic or not as some are and some are not!! Why do we have to guess!! I thought the purpose of your store was to sell healthy products. Just because they are grown in New Jersey or California doesnt mean they are organic!! Be specific, it matters to me and Im sure to many others. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Life saver while staying at Crowne Plaza with the family. We basically had breakfast lunch and supper here everyday. Many items are overpriced, but there are some items that are on sale too. We frequented their yogurt fridge and the self serve sections. Great selections on salad and soup. 2 thumbs up for their sit-down area just outside the check out area. My kids love the mix-berries that are sold in containers.

Not crowded during the week or late in the evening. Best selection of organic and natural foods at the best prices in Westchester. You have to grow your own if you want to do better. Always friendly and helpful staff. Yes, there is a parking garage, but its not too difficult. If the 1st level is full, drive up to the 2nd. 3rd level is never full. WFM will validate your parking for up to 2 hours.

Selection was fine but employees were terrible. An elderly woman helped me and she just talked to her coworkers. Not only did she wait to ring me up but she also stopped in the middle of the process to start another conversation. I also did not receive one of the items I purchased due to her negligence. I hope they get better staff.

This is by far my favourite Whole Foods in the region. It is quite large, well organized, and has many diverse options of products. Their produce is top notch, and they offer plentiful vegan options which make shopping a breeze. They also validate parking which is quite convenient. Easy on and off the highway as well.

If one day whole food will decide to lower the prices, they will be the best super in Westchester County. But at the same time, if the quality of the products will drop, it is better they will keep the prices. One of my preferred locations for grocery shopping.

Amazing selection with corresponding prices. Staff is always super friendly. Dont forget to validate your parking ticket at the register. Fantastic meat and seafood selection. Not crazy about the made to order sandwiches with stale bread.

Really like Whole foods, but feel this location is lacking in certain products I can find at other locations. Regardless, its a great grocery store that validates parking tickets as long as you purchase your groceries from them.

The parking is ridiculous! Why should I pay to go to a grocery store? Whats more is that even with my receipt of over $10 I still had to pay! Not satisfied. As if we dont pay enough just to shop there.

The hot food self-serve was fantastic today! I had the slow-cooked beans, bbq pulled pork, and Mexican rice, all seasoned just right. Exquisitely seasoned, thank you so much for a great lunch!
