It was good. The mall has BigLots, Stop&Shop, Wineshop, Burlingtons and 2 Banks - Santander & Peoples united. Near to the mall there is Walgreens, First Niagra Bank and CVS. Ample parking space available.

It use to be a lot better when it was like a mall that you walk inside now its a few stores all have to walk from outside the 80s is when charter oak mall was happenig but thats just my opinion

Dumpy area now, past 10 years it gets worse and worse. East hartford used to be a nice town. Seems they gave up on it. Dont even feel safe there anymore and I grew up there, what a shame.

Charter oak mall is a really nice place to shop, it has a Stop n Shop, Burlington coat factory, big lots , and a bank, so its pretty much has everything someone would need.
