This little suburban mall used to boast an impressive crowd until about a decade ago, when the smell of sewage seeped into the walls and has yet to leave. The locals call it "the poopmall". Stores have pulled out left and right, leaving a gamestop, Victorias secret, target, a movie theatre and a dotting of small independent stores. The theatre appears to do surprisingly well and is maintained nicely. However the rest of the mall has failed miserably. The blame has been placed on a variety of factors including the risingpopularity of outdoor malls, a decline in income levels in the area, etc. But i can promise, it is the odor. This mall has a reputation for the stink that smacks you in the face as far away as Thompson, Ledyard, Springfield... Everyone talksabout the smell. It is seemingly absent in target and the theater but everywhere else it is potent. Shopping for lingerie in VS while smelling feces isnt all that appealing. And eating in that mall? Im not sure how anyone could manage.

Horrible mall with NO FOOD COURT. Stuck between Buckland Hill and Holyoke you would think that this mall would do something to distinguish themselves from their competition. Their distinction...really bad mom and pop stores. Now I love mom and pop shops, I frequent these shops and support them but the ones in Enfield Mall are just disgusting. One shop was selling bongs and the owner smelled of booze. The guy working the comic and card shop could stop looking and my chest and the t-shirt place looks like a flea market. So if you want a t-shirt go to Bobs, comics and cards go to Matts (a GREAT mom and pop shop right down the road) , if you want a bong get a life and if you really need to go to the mall go to Holyoke.

Reading some of these reviews I couldnt help but laugh. Obviously they were written by people who work at the mall. "Its small and its never crowded" ...wow, thats a positive? Seriously, there is a reason that it is never crowded, the mall sucks. The only reason I go there is for the movies and even then Ill drive to Manchester half the times because the Enfield Mall is so bad. I went there 2 weeks ago to see "Up" and there were kids throwing firecrackers under peoples cars. Mall securities response.."Oh,theyre just kids" I know they were kids but kids putting putting flaming object underneath cars with gas and oil and all that other flammable stuff. Idiots.

The reason I am only giving 4 instead of 5 stars is theyve lost a few stores and also are taking a bit of time to remodel and repair some of the cosmetic issues, but, other than those few things I love going here. The convenience of all the other shops being all around make it a great place to enjoy a day of shopping. Also, the movie theater is a very big plus. I live closer to 2 other theaters in Massachusetts but much rather prefer to go to the one located here. The employees are great and always very happy! Great atmosphere all around even offering community events!

This mall has a good variety of shops even though it is quite small, including favorites like Victorias Secret, Bath and Body Works, and Payless. Because it is so small it is usually not at all crowded and makes shopping very easy and pleasant. A couple other great things this mall has going for it is Target and the Rave Motion Pictures movie theater inside the mall. You can shop, get delicious food, and catch a movie all in one stress-free and fun environment.

Its located in a small town. Its quiet, most of the time. There are many stores, but there could be more open. Fortunately, theres a wide variety of items that you can find throughout the mall. Theres also a movie cinema with an arcade and a couple of restaurants. And the maintenance workers are sweethearts...especially the Spanish gentleman...hes awesome. :-)

When I was young I was so excited to hang out at the mall.... now all that is gone, not because of my age, but because the taxes in this small town are too high, and no one has any money to keep these businesses open. The mall is empty now. Its a sad sight to walk through it and see all the empty stores.... best bet, hit Manchester... goodbye Enfield.

Target store is there and I enjoy shopping at Target. Also there is a movie cinema, 12 theatres in all. Good prices for the movies, but as for concessions go, you the prices are on the expensive side. At the cinema, they also have discounts for seniors, age 62 and over. The also offer military discounts as well!! :)

So very sad and disappointed to see the condition that Enfield Square has become. No major retailers other than Target. Movie theater is probably the biggest draw. No Hallmark Gold Crown store. Not worth my drive from Springfield. Very sad, but I think that the time of inside malls is on the way out.

Sadly Target is really holding the mall up, there isnt much else going on like many of the malls in the area. There are sneaker places a few stores, some jewelry stores and a couple decent restaurants here. It seems all the major retailers have left or are leaving. They need a pick-me-up store bad.

Unfortunately this place seems to be going downhill. Two big department stores have closed and it doesnt look like anything will be replacing them anytime soon. Its a small collection of stores that have decent selections. A kids play area is available as well as well maintained restrooms.

Usually a very clean mall. There are often a lot of vacancies, which can take away from the experience, but overall a great place to visit. Movie theater, places for food, Target store attached to the mall, family restrooms, play area, and will usually have holiday themed events.

I know that makes are dying but this one is very sad. Floor tiles are broken there are more empty spots then occupied ones. The only positive thing about this mail is the play area by Target. Even that play area needs some attention. Remodel/ maintain it or close it.

I went only for the library, ALL BOOKS 2x$5.00 thats a banging! and to spent a few minutes in the indoor playground, which is good for kids 5y/o or less. Other than that, basic store; Target, movies theater, dollar n thing and some others. Not the big wow, but its Ok.

This mall is falling apart. Im pretty sure the owner is raising rent so high that is kicking small business owners out so they can tear it down for a casino. The place is relatively clean, but there are few stores left, and it seems to listing them left and right.

Blah!!! Boring! Parking lot turning into a Lia car sales overflow lot there is little going on here. Target keeps this place afloat. Thats not saying much. You know what? Enfield loves fast food chains. They should turn the whole mall into a fast food court.

This mall is dying. The only anchor store left here is Target, now that Sears is closed. The movie theater here is easy to get to, and the Panera is consistent and delicious. But if youre looking for actual shopping, this mall isnt what youre looking for.
