NEVER GO BACK AGAIN ! We walk through the mall and all of a sudden this little girl is screaming this blood curddling scream for "mommy" and people start looking around to see where it coming from, now this is about 8pm so there is a bunch of other families WITH KIDS in the mall at this time. Get over to the "Pagoda" just outside Barnes & Noble which do pierceings and this guy has a little girl in a full body wrap around her arms and legs to keep her immoble while the "mother"(?) just watches the kid scream and the "attendent" of the booth finishes the kids second ear, all awhile the girl is still screaming for "mommy" as people look on. So I ask "Do you know your drawing a lot of bad attention" and the booth attendent looks at me and says "We do piercings here, it aint hurting her and its none of thier or your business". I asked "Did you think about getting ice from the Wetzel Pretzel across the way to numble the ear lobe before piercing her ears ?" and the "male" says "It aint your business or anyone elses what I do to her. Go away". This incident along with finding out at least three stores including the one I wanted to go into, are now closed completely really rounded out my experience after driving an hour one way to get there.

The basic deal, from people in CT who work there (no names used to protect the innocent): The governor closed state offices and strongly recommends ALL private business be closed today too. Yet this place opens at regular hours. No concern at all for the road conditions or safety of the employees working there. A call to the malls GM resulted in a dismissive "sorry, just following company policy" response. Profits trumping common sense and safety. And why were mall security noting which shops were still closed? Going to fine them for not being open in accordance with their lease? Do you really want to support such a place?

The main corridor is clean, well-lit, and accessible. Wheelchairs and power scooters are available at the security office. Family restrooms are available at the food court dubbed "Carousel Café" for the large carnival-style carousel in the back. There are several lounge areas to rest your feet and charge your phone. Bus service to and from here is excellent. If you havent finished shopping by the time they close, theres a 24 hour Walmart next door. There is a wide variety of shops and dining options. Some of the shops are dark and cluttered.

Very clean mall, the main stores have been consistent but there had been a lot of rotation in the smaller stores lately. It seems the higher end stores have moved out and transplanted themselves at the nearby Evergreen Walk outdoor shopping area. The food court has improved over the last year or so and has filled with a variety of good selections. The parking lot is large with easy access to most stores. There are many entrances and exits to surrounding streets and shipping areas eliminating the bottle necks found at other area malls.

My first x there went to Macy. The indoor mall stores are nice I would go back again shop there (BROADWAY MALL) I wasnt too happy w/ the food court . Went to Arbys wasnt happy w/my meal much meat wasnt put on my order like the commercial said we have the MEEATTTA!!!! I was very disappointed I got like 4 pcs of meat w/my bun it was a downer (like Debbie Downer ) downer yow, But the fries was good. Thats the main reason I went to the mall. I enjoyed the mall than I did the meal.

I personally like this mall the best of the three malls closest to my home including Holyoke Mall in Massachusetts and Westfarms Mall. There is a great variety of stores and the mall is not often crowded. They have a food court which has a variety of different restaurants. The parking can be difficult at times. Its nice but above all is located near several other strip malls and stores so it is convenient to shop at a variety of different places all within a close vicinity.

This mall has all the small shops and department stores you could want! It houses upscale stores for high-end clothing alongside inexpensive stores where you can find extremely affordable options. You also have the option to visit Macys, Sears, JCPenny, Dicks, and Barnes and Noble all in one place. When you get hungry you can visit the food court and get anything from pizza and ice cream to Chinese and Greek cuisine.

I love this mall & been going there since it 1st opened which was the early 90s during my high school yrs. It has changed over time with stores closing & replacing them with new ones, but other then that its a awesome place also keeps me entertained. Also the restaurants all have good food & Ik the layout like the back of my hand also nice ppl that works in all over the mall and lastly its in a good location.

Its your typical mall with a carousel ride, and with lots of nearby shops: Hobby Lobby, Sams, Movie Theater, Target, Walmart, CHIPOTLE, Friendlys, Old Navy, ToysRUs, GameStop, Pet Smart, Big Lots, Party City, Dollar Tree, Jo-Anns Fabrics, AAA, frozen yogurt shop, Taco Bell, Five Guys, (2) Starbucks (one with Drive-thru), Boston Market, Sonics, Chilis, Soft Surrounding, and much more.

I gave it 2⭐⭐ for Abercrombie and american eagle footlocker and hm. those stores seem to be keeping up with the styles but Macys, come on your supposed to beat them all hands down I mean in new York Macys has Versace and Cavalli! You have guess? but from last year and Polo from years and years ago who is the buyer here? Its just not much of a draw for me ID rather be working!

Its a good mall, but unless youre going for a specific product/store or just hanging out, youre better of shopping at a less overwhelming place. But I get it, its a mall, bright, loud, and busy is kind of the idea. Itd be nicer if it were better cleaned, but the employees in certain shops like Brookstone and Barnes n Noble are good at what they do and very helpful.

This mall has been on a steady decline. Lots of vacancy and lack of name brand business. This mall pretty much consists of cellphone stores, cell phone repair kiosks, shoe stores, and dollar stores. Evergreen walk in South Windsor has taken the majority of premium names from this mall. Once the anchor stores start to leave this place will be a ghost town.

I never go to West Farms anymore except to shop at Lush and thats only because there isnt one in Buckland or Evergreen Walk. Buckland is a way better experience. Staff in these stores treat you with respect instead of following you around like youre a thief because they dont think you look like you can afford to shop there like West Farms.
