I like this place for the most part. They have some nice shops, like Gap and LL Bean. They lack, however, a coffee shop! Crazy. All I want is to walk around at Christmas time, shopping while drinking a hot cup of coffee. Impossible at this outdoor mall. Also, they have this strange little fountain area tucked way in the back that seems like it should be a focal point but is instead an appendage that is surrounded by two shops, a four lane road, and an empty lot. Hmm. They are great with dogs though and many shops even let you bring a dog inside. The ones that dont usually have water bowls outside for your dog. A nice touch.

I dont feel they are as dog friendly as they make themselves out to be. :) Very restrictive policy where you are not supposed to go into a place for 5 minutes and bring your dog and yourself something back to eat? Glad other places are not this extreme. I guess the bad dog owners who leave their dogs in the car for hours ruin it for everyone else these days. I will always support reasonable rules and expectations to protect animals but you cant make a 5 minute breakfast run for you and your dog? Thats pretty extreme in my book. :( Very disappointed .

Really good option here for high-end stores Ill deathly bring bring the checkbook if youre planning on doing some shopping here cause its not going to be cheap however great restaurants great great day to spend for Christmas season you dont have to leave the parking lot and get a lot done you want to fight the traffic is youre already in the midst of some really great shops and lots of good place to stop and have a snack and recharge

Nice shopping Plaza, but not very pet friendly. If you bring your dog to a restaurants patio they will require you leash the animal outside the patio fence, often in the hot sun. To be clear this is the Plazas policy, not the restaurants (the two places we visited were very apologetic but said their hands were tied.) Will not be back with the doggo!

High end stores, great restaurants and a quaint center with a fireplace, whats not to like? Parking can be a challenge on the main street that runs through the shops, but is ample around the sides. Since it is all outdoors, its not my favorite place to visit in the new England winter, but the selection of stores makes up for any weather issues.

Reminiscent of Blackstone commons, with lighted lampposts scattered on cobblestone walkways this shopping plaza has an upscale feel. The grounds are well maintained and the stores have a massive variety in both merchandise and affordability. A wonderful place to get lost walking around with an enchanting aesthetic.

This is a lovely place, very open and welcoming!!! There is Old Navy shop, Gap (Baby gap, and Juniors) and also Gap. Banana Republic is also there. There a Eddie Baeur store, Loft store, Apple store, L.L. Bean store, as I said very welcoming. Pier 1 Imports, etc. You have to see it to believe it!!?

Beautiful place to visit with many high end stores to choose from. If you have money to spend and arent afraid to part with quite a bit of it, definitely the promenade is the place to be. Just watch for parking during the weekend, it could be difficult to find as it gets very busy.

Nice, upscale, outdoor shopping mall. Many fine dining and casual restaurants. LL Bean anchors one end of the mall with Sakura and Highland Park Market at the other. Burtons offers an upscale dining options, Teds for beef and buffalo steaks, and Moes for a quick Tex Mex bite.

Fun open-air atmosphere with fire pits and well manicured plantings. The shopping selection is good, and there are good restaurants as well. The shopping center seems very pet friendly. There are often special events and small concerts that make this a fun place to visit.

Parking here is very difficult because they dont plow enough!! So whoever is reading this write now: please plow the streets wide enough. But I do like a lot of the stores here which are very nice. LL Bean in particular has very friendly staff and I enjoy shopping there.

Parking is horrendous and its always crowded. Good luck finding what you need at any of the shops here; lots of them are empty these days. If youre looking for upscale shopping options, youre better off taking the 20 minute drive to Westfarms Mall in West Hartford.

Nice place.. I gave it 2 star because it can be a very pricey place to shop. Atmosphere, landscape and parking availability deserves 5 star. Not to mention Eddie Bauer and LL Bean stores available. Who doesnt like a store that gives you a lifetime warranty.

Things are kinda pricey and it really depends on where youre going and what you want. If youre looking for cheap clothes or cheap foods its not really the place. But it is a nice place to stroll and the food and clothes there are good just not cheap

One of my favorite places in the area. They have a handful of restaurants there to choose from, and the same goes for store. Generally costumer service there is extremely good. Its a great place to just walk around and relax.

Not handicapped accessible. There are no automatic doors which means I cant get in your stores. Awful to have to ask strangers to open a door for you as they walk by. Not sure why they dont think ADA applies to them.

An excellent outdoor mall shopping plaza. Excellent variety of stores for all gifts. Small selection of restaurants, but you cant go wrong with them, and they accommodate all diets. Beats a traditional mall any day

Its a really well kept area, nice shops and restaurants, its located well and it has a lot of areas to hang out and explore. I also like how it continues to expand so it never becomes dated

Lots of shopping and food! Plenty of parking if you dont mind walking far. A great busy place on a nice day and I love seeing people walk their dogs here. Only sucks when its raining.

Upscale shopping. These groups of shops are awesome to navigate and are a pleasure to stroll through on an afternoon. This place is also very dog friendly and even has a walk park.

Great place to walk and shop! Fire pits at either end are a good location to stop and chat. Dont forget to bring your appetite, the food is so plentiful its hard to choose.

Evergreen Walk is a great way to spend an afternoon. Boutique shopping, specialty stores and great food are plentiful. Its always very clean and well maintained as well.

Nicer shopping then rundown mall across the street but everything is more expensive then it should be. From tea to clothes... your paying extra for the location

Pretty good shops that are relevant and you dont have to deal with the increasing obscurity in Buckland hills mall (seriously what are some of those stores).

Outdoor shopping center is generally pleasant and the area is well kept. Just need to add a stop light next to Burtons with the new construction going on.

Ive been to the LLBean and the Williams Sonoma here, they were both very good for what I needed. I purchased clothing at LLBean and a Dutch oven at WS.
