One of the best tobacco shops Ive ever seen, even compared with stores in large cities in US and abroad. They have everything pipe smokers and cigar smokers may need or may be looking for. And an excellent selection of pipe tobacco, from mild gold to strong black tobacco, with rum, cherry, vanilla, and many other aromas; premium quality! They also have a good selection of made in US and imported pipes. I lived in Italy for few years, but the best Italian pipes I have, I bought at "Fine Cigar & Tobacco House" in Avon, CT.

Seems like they have a serious attitude problem. I called to ask about pipe tobacco and the man there said just come down and take a look. When I replied that I lived an hour away and would like to know his stock before I made the trip he hung up on me. The call was not disconnected. I then attempted multiple call backs and received a fax tone each time. Very poor Customer Care, IMHO.
