Store was clean, smelled nice. Tyler helped me pick out a bowl/pipe, he was very knowledgeable on the different styles and companies and makers of the pieces. He also let me choose a bunch and ask questions about them, never tried to sell me or harass me while I looked. Very nice selection and reasonably priced
