Ive Shopped at Bellingham smoke shop plus several times since theyve opened. My first 2 times there was nice, the prices were cheap, but the second time i purchased a rig it smelled of isopropyl alcohol (as if it had been used and cleaned). Didnt pay too much mind to it, because it was a nice piece at a decent price. But still...Cmon.. Really? But recently... the last time i shopped there, and this was my last time ever shopping there, i bought a bubbler concentrate rig, and it was nice! I heated the nail as usual and pick it up...what happens? It breaks! Clean at the base of the mouthpiece. After investigating I noticed that The torch had heated some super glue that had been holding the rig together. It would have been nice to know I was investing in a broken piece. Well that is just lovely, allowing your customers to ingest carcinogenic epoxies. I returned to the store the next day to try and exchange the piece for another. The clerk told me that that he wasnt going to let me exchange it even though they were at fault. I explained that no one at any point in time informed me it was broken and glued and its a blatant health hazard, and i do not want to use it. The clerks response was to clean the glue off and use the broken piece as best as i could. Are you kidding me? I told him to keep it and walked out, the money i wasted i guess contributes to my motivation to write this review. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here if you value your heath and money. If they knowingly sell used goods, and superglue broken broken glass and resell it... what could they be doing to the rest of their stock?

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! Not only does this place stock shoddily made glass that is guaranteed to break; but the staff is rude and knew less about what they were selling than I did!!!! They have been known to abuse their language barrier upon it being convenient for them. Talk to them about money they speak perfect english; talk about something that is a mistake or at their expense and suddenly english language is a mystery. If you go here they will creepily wink at you after soliciting themselves and attempting to get any females phone number in the slimiest ways possible. Asking to see ID and then asking for a personal phone number for verification. What does he do with these phone numbers? He calls the women to ask for them to prostitute themselves to him. I have never been more disgusted in my life with the way my better half was treated there. The only reviews that are good for this place are written by the staff. These people shame all smoke shops with their snake oil sales and their lowlife standards! I will never be going there again beyond returning to let this slimeball know what I think of him acting this way to my better half..

Well they finally stopped hiring children, but as a person who buys his (expensive ass ejuice) almost daily there. I spring for a 90 dollar battery. Within a month I wake up one day to it just not turning on. So I call and explain. They tell me I only have a week. So I said I was mistaken and only got it a week ago. Firstt the guybasically called me a liar till I said prove I didnt. I then explain Im not lookin for money back I just want a battery of equal value that actually works. The guy tells me try different batteries lmao, Im not new bro. Then he tells me to bring it down and see if we can fix it. Im like theres no fixing it only exchanging. And hes like we gonna have to get the owner down for that. I know that owner and his family. Fact he wouldve given me whatever I wanted no problem. This has been my main shop since I started vaping. Easily spending 36 a week on oil alone nevermind coils. But I think they just lost a long Time loyal customer and that sucks for us both. Now how will I find a place that runs out of my brand at least twice a month!

Had high hopes due to the large selection but went in to pick up some RYO tobacco supplies staff was completely clueless about anything absolutely no help. The girl knew nothing about what I was inquiring about, was most defiantly stoned (not a big deal it is a pipe shop) but couldnt answer any of my questions and seemed more interested in socializing with friends. Very unprofessional and disappointing, will not be returning. To manager: train your employees properly and you would have happy customers and a great store as the selections top notch.

I go there at least 1-3 times a month and every time its always a great experience. One factor that never disappoints is one of their employees Chris...(i think thats his name).... if not, im referring to the blonde guy w a beard and glasses. He gives helpful input whenever we go in because he 100% knows what hes talking about. He makes the trip fun and enjoyable. Ive never had a problem with any of merchandise.. they always have reliable quality.

very rude people sold me a aspire 70 watt vape that barley blew any smoke then when i brought it back gave me problems for a hour till i explained i would not settle with nothing less then my money back and only gave me 100 back and not 140 "what i paid" and then put the broken vape back on the floor to sell to someone else very rude!! and sell fake brands!! not to mention they know NOTHING ABOUT ANYTHING

Terrible.. Bought an overpriced vape here to quit smoking.. Long story short the one that was recommended to me is total crap and leaks everywhere and just left to have them take care of it and tried selling me more crap.. Just bought it 2 weeks ago and have had problems from the beginning. Dont go here...

The owner is at best a creep. My fiance left business cards to promote her cleaning business in his store recently. He called her business number and propositioned her to prostitute herself to him... straight scum bag, dont put any more money in his pocket

This is not a vape shop. they have an amazing collection of glassware for smokers. but the vape counter is small, the guy I delt with didnt know much about the vapes. Not good for vape shopping, but great for beautiful glass bongs, bowls, etc.

It is awesome place for smoke lovers. It doesnt matter you like hookah, electronic cigarettes,Cigars,vapes and juices. They have impressive and attractive quality of hookahs. I am wonder to see that its not an expensive places like others.

This place has come a long way. Started rocky like any small business at first. They hired some good help and, expanded their selections. This is my go to vape shop. Any glass Ive bought here lasts me. My advice, be more careful.

Overpriced, Never stocked, Returns are a pain in the ass. They will sell you anything to get you in and out. Ill update this with a local store that doesnt suck... once I find one.

Not good at all. Lots of paraphernalia, and knock off, substandard vape hardware. I would not go here. Plenty of other places around carrying authentic e-cigarette and vape gear.
