Extremely unfriendly staff. A young man in a shirt and tie and a blond young woman were in and around the shoe department. Each of them passed by my wife and me several times and never asked if they could help us find anything including prices. Then at check out if I hadnt spoken first to the checkout help, I doubt he would have said a word to us. Prices were good on the items we bought but doubtful we will go back.

This is based off of a phone call. So bad I had to leave a review. I called to see if they had an item. I took 10 seconds describing it. Not long I get it but after my description the gal says , " what was that you said" so I repeated and she said " yea no" I said ok thanks just wanted to check. " uh huh" add the teenage dumb personality and you get one star if that

As friendly as a Hitler youth. You can tell they arent competing for employee of the month at this place. Everytime u need help with something u get grunts and eye-rolls. U have one job, stop wasting my life. Customer service would be improved if it was at the level of terrible. Currently its at NO!

Although there was plenty of staff hanging out and talking amongst themselves none of them came to help us. One staff member walked past me 3 times as I had a pair of shoes in my hands that I was wanting to try on. He never approached me to see if I needed assistance.
