Poor customer service is an issue with Lululemon. The store feels like youre walking into a snobish sorority. I have been wanting a new pair of running pants, wasnt sure of my size so stopped the store to try them on. No "hello" or greeting of any kind when I walked in - several employees were talking amongst themselves the ENTIRE time I was there. When I did get someones attention to get a fitting room, she seemed a little put-out. I liked the pants but had some questions - again, no one checked on me, instead they were talking in a group. I felt like I was interrupting, so instead I just left. If you really want Lulus clothes, just order them online. Or.... Lucy or Nordstroms are nearby. But if you do order them online be careful of their return policy, Ive read it is lousy.

Terrible.. The product is great but the employees and the service falls short. I get that you sell high end athletic apparel but for the employees to be entitled and act like they are to cool service anyone who walks in. The management team might want to coach and teach their employees about the brand and how everything they do no matter how great the product is can tarnish the brand. I tell myself not to shop this location anymore but I hope everytime I walk in the service will be better. I think that the employees need a reality check and understand it doesnt matter where you work sales is sales. Attitude and a sense of entitlement is bad for sales. But I guess lulu only hires people who think they are to cool to service guest and simply smile and say hello.

I had a 5 star experience on April 27th! I had almost given up on Lululemon after a horrible shopping experience in January. I had some Christmas $ to spend so I stopped by, and the service was terrible. No one helped with finding items, sizes, or different styles. I bought one item, and the cashier wasnt friendly either! I left and went to Athleta. The service was great! I bought several items, and was treated great. I had found a new place to buy active wear. However, I got a Lululemon gift card in April so I came back in. This time I had a great experience. A young man, Dani, helped me pick out a great "lightened up pullover"! The cashier, Cam, was friendly also! Cam and Dani may have changed my mind about shopping at Lululemon!

I have to give credit to only one female employee working in the store on 1.13.12 at Park Meadows Mall. She was kind and sincerely helping customers. Unfortunately the remainder of the staff were not at all helpful. Upon purchasing my items the two employees running the registers were in fact awful. Go to Lululemon if you want to spend a lot of money and endure detestable snooty employees. I will not refer anyone to this store!

I love this store. Always nice & helpful. In my experience they do answer the phone & gladly check stock/sizes before I head down there. Its great. They will hold items too - you just have to prepay it & of course can return when you get there if it doesnt fit. Ive had a few issues w/stitching in the past, but they always make it right. No questions asked. Looking forward to my next visit.

LuLuLemon In Park Meadows, At The Vistas, is a wonderful store to shop in. When you have a few things in your hands, a person is right on top of it, and asks if they may start you a room. They even will call the other Co. Stores to see is they have what you want in stock. Almost all the employees are great that work there. Except, The Manager, and Audra, and they are Wonderful
