Terrible experience. Told the first make-up artist I dont like the look of mineral powders. She completely ignored me and continued to only suggest powders! So I moved on, a little annoyed that my time is being wasted. You cant really say to an associate: "I understand that is what you use, but you look caked in mak-up, Im not interested." So I moved on. The second make up artist matched my color, but not. I told her I have a lot of pink undertones, be sure to fight that. What does she do... The exact opposite of what I told her of course! Clearly this 18 year old with a make-up brush whose spent 5 minutes with me knows my skin better than I do. As a costumer I assume associates are actually trying to help me find what I am looking for... You know, because thats their ONE job. So I assume she has matched me with a non-pink tone...Walked outside, got into my car, guess whose face was bright pink? This girls. Im A. furious. And B. late to an appointment. It takes me an hour to get out of the mall parking lot because of the holidays, and Ill be back today (for the last time) because the make-up I was professionally matched for, does not match! Oh yes, did I mention they have a computer system that will match you (and I have never been mismatched by) but the 2 associates I worked with refused to use it... Even when I asked them. Truly, the worst customer service of all time. Finally, it felt like I couldnt walk through the store without being approached by some other sales associate getting a kick-back from another product. I could tell certain people in the store are receiving kick-backs or commission on certain products (especially skin care section). I was looking at a vitamin c serum, a sales associate standing near it offers her infomercial and asks if Id like to buy some... I told her it seems overpriced for what it is and asked her to point me towards some other brands, she completely refused! i experienced similar experiences with other associates. in short AWFUL, go to ULTA, or a department store where at least it is obvious that they are getting commission for xyz product.

Honestly I wish I could rate this store 0 out of 5. I have been a VIB customer for a while now and every time I go into the Sephora in Cherry Creek Mall I get the best customer service and help. Unfortunately I wasted my time driving all the way to this one because the online website said it had the Z-Palette I needed. Not only did the online price say it was $10.00 but I also called ahead to make sure. I went in there grabbed the product and the sign said $25.00 a little confused, I tried to ask one of the girls on the floor but I was snubbed and told I had to ask a cashier. I continued to do my shopping and not once was I asked if I needed help, keep in mind I spent a good 45 minutes in there. I asked the cashier when I checked out and she confirmed it was $25.00, $15.00 isnt a huge deal to me. What really got to me was the fact that she had scanned the product and said oh wait its actually $28.00. I had asked if they could match the price online since it clearly said $10.00 but they didnt have the authority. So I was going to suck it up and purchase it up until the point where another cashier came up and kicked my cashier off of the register and said to me, "I have to help other customers. Have a nice day." After that I lost it. I left my very expensive items that I was going to purchase on the counter, reminded them that I was a VIB customer and that they had just lost my business for good. I will never return to this Sephora location. If you live in this area dont waste your breath trying to get any sort of help. Drive the 20-25 minutes down to Cherry Creek Mall and get the help their company is paying them to give you. If it werent for the Cherry Creek location, Sephora would of lost me as a customer indefinitely.

The visit started out on a good note when I found a sweet and helpful lady to color match me, the visit went sour when the girl doing the make up of the customer sitting next to me had to chime in with "dont go any darker on that foundation, you already look too dark. Youre going to look orange." Its the beginning of summer, I picked a shade darker than usual because Im going to get darker! Pro tip: instead of being negative and putting down a product on my face, suggest another foundation in a postive way. On top of all of that the less than enthusiastic cashier forgot to include my birthday beauty insider gift. I live three hours away so cant exactly run up there are get it easily. I read the other revieews but gave this place a chance but the associates I had the displeasure of interacting with were a disgrace to the sephora name. Like any girl with a makeup obsession Sephora is my go to place, every time I go in I am guaranteed to spend over $200 but I wont be returning to this location.

I went in and waited almost 15 minutes to get helped while employees were gossiping after me mentioning that it is my break and I dont have much time. Then i asked for a shade match and the lady helping didnt want to swatch me, she wanted to use the machine (so not accurate). I had to ask 3 times to match me without the machine, and she acted like she had better things to do than help a customer the entire time helping me. And, to top it off, she was going to have me matched with a shade that was too dark for my complexion, and she kept saying just blend it. Like....its clearly too dark and I dont want to be poorly matched for a foundation that is costly. I came to Sephora thinking it would be a great experience but it just made me not want to go back. I would rather get better service from Macys or Ulta, where they dont mind taking the time to help a customer and have a good experience than go back to this Sephora and treated like a cousin 5 times removed.

I wish there was a 0. The service absolutely disgusted me. My friend and I, both young adults, were treated like minors causing trouble. I personally spend quite a bit on makeup, especially at Sephora. I am part of their beauty club or whatever its called and I was trying to introduce my friend to new products. We were never asked if we needed help, but instead, a lady came up and asked if I wanted a basket for the items she claimed I stole in my purse!!! First of all, those were drug store that couldnt have possibly been from them. Not five minutes later, an older lady, not wearing makeup with shoulder length blonde hair came up and took the products out of my hands and ushered us to the trials! I had over a hundred dollars worth of items in my basket that I took up to the register and told them I didnt want because i was appalled at the service. When I asked for the store number, she refused to give it to me! Dont shop with snotty employees!!!
