Ive been shopping here on/off for several years. The clothes seem great at first, but after wearing you realize the quality is quite poor. I just tried to return a top that I bought back in December because even after following the care instructions, the black bled all over and ruined the top. It is made in China and probably cost Pinks $5. The owner refused to accept the return or give me a store credit because she said her accountant wouldnt allow it. I honestly dont know how a store maintains its customer base when they continuously sell low quality goods and has the worst return policy ever (10 days and you get a store credit, antiquated system they write down your credit in a notebook circa 1990). The owner should take a lesson from every other retail boutique out there who strives for excellent customer service. I will never shop here again. The clothes, however cute & trendy, are total crap quality and the service from the top is very poor.

I originally stopped coming to Pinks due to their HORRIBLE customer service. The girls were rude, unhelpful, and always made for a bad experience. However, I decided to give them another try due to my need for a new dress. As soon as I walked into the store, I knew nothing had changed. The two working employees ignored my mother and I but continued to hold their conversation while sitting on the back couch. Not once were we even acknowledged or greeted. Their clothes are overshadowed by their lack of respect for their clientele and because of this, I will never shop here again.

When I saw Pinks - Straight from LA my heart leaped at the thought of having one of LAs oldest and most well known hot dog joints. But no, it turned out to be this garbage. How dare you mislead my heart with your undoubtedly awful and over priced fashion boutique. How does it feel to support the deaths of thousands of innocent Chinese children every year? No wait, I dont care. I JUST WANT HOTDOGS. CHANGE YOUR NAME PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

I just found this store, but i am in love with it. The staff is so overly helpful and knowledgeable, they even bring in clothes to you in the dressing room to try on! Plus, they have these amazing camis, tanks, ts, long sleeves called NikiBiki that are just fantastic to go under every piece of clothing. Great store, great stuff and great prices!

While I initially liked their styles and prices, I quickly realized how cheaply made their clothing was. After one wear and hand wash of an item, the shape of the item became very irregular and it had several holes in the fabric. I tried to return it, or at least exchange it, and they were rude and declined me any of the above. So disappointing.

Although this boutique only offers womens clothing, it is a great place to find fashionable clothing for that special lady in your life! The clothes are straight out of L.A. and run from relatively inexpensive to Beverly Hills spendy. Ask Jessica for help if you need it and there is never a line. Great place to find gifts small and large!

Just discovered this gem.... Great diverse selection of clothes and extremely friendly & helpful staff! I came in with a specific need but quickly got distracted... I was also happily surprised with their reasonable prices. I will be returning soon and often!

Found this store about a month ago and have been back there twice since then, Their clothes are very hipsteresque reminds me of Portland for some reason. The girls in the store are always friendly and helpful. I love the clothes here!
