My husband and I have been customers at Columbine Wines and Liquors for the 17 years we have lived in Littleton and have always been pleased with the selection, prices, and service. And we still feel the same way under the new owner, Doug. He has an awesome crew in Jeremy, Caitlin, Peggy, Kristy, and Blake, all of whom have been there for a while. That says something about a business, something good, when there is low employee turnover. The staff also knows their stuff about products and pairing. Doug pointed me to an excellent white wine to compliment a crab-leg dinner, Blake turned me onto a very nice champagne for my moms Graduation to Heaven Celebration, Peggy helped me pick out a great mix-and-match six-pack of craft beer (about which I know nothing because Im a Coors Light gal) for my husband, and Jeremy introduced me to Deep Eddys Grapefruit Vodka, which he and I agree is dangerously delicious when kept in the freezer. : ) Caitlin and Kristy are always friendly and welcoming. Havent met new hires Garrett and Danny yet, but Im sure theyll fit in just fine. Both my husband and I actually look forward to visiting the store, because we are always smiling, and sometimes laughing, from the time we enter until we leave. Fun atmosphere, great staff, great prices, great selection. What more could anyone want? We give Columbine Wines and Liquors the highest possible recommendation!

Columbine Wines and Liquors has been my home away from drinking home almost every day for the last 3 years. Amazing location, great prices (including specials and Friday tastings) as well as a staff that is beyond belief. Jeremy, Caitlin, Blake, Peggy and even Doug (whom I believe is the new owner of this seminal establishment) have always been fun, friendly, and exceedingly kind, knowledgeable people, who coincidentally? Also seem to sell an exceedingly high number of winning scratch lotto tickets (to me, at the very least). If you live in the area? Head there tonight. If you are further away? Ditto. (Move closer). This place is worth it.

Peggy, Kristy know us by name. Theyve always been very helpful & when we needed to have something special ordered they did for us. Always polite & its a "fun" liquor store. Always has my husbands cigarettes on hand by the carton & they know when either one of us come in that we need his smokes & they have them on the counter ready to rock & roll. Store is very clean & lit up which is nice. Wish they had Miller Genuine Draft on sale more often. (LOL) Prices are decent compared to the other liquor stores in the area. Like the new owner.

My local go to store for liquor, wine, and beer. The store is well stocked and they carry a wide variety of products, the entire north wall of the store is a cooler stocked with all of the brands of beer you would expect to find and craft beers you may have never heard of before. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and friendly. Their prices are competitive with other stores in the area and I take advantage of their sales and coupons to get deals on the products I buy on a regular basis.

This is Patty Arndt, not Rachel. Anyway, I love the staff at Columbine Wines & Liquors. Its my favorite place - everyone is so friendly. Prices are very comparable - usually lower - than other liquor stores. PLUS my dog gets to go in with me and seems to know his way around better than anyone. ;-)
