My wife and I used this store for our wedding. It was awful from beginning to end. The original employee assigned to design the bouquets and arrangements for our weddings did not listen to our requests. At our second meeting, the flowers were COMPLETELY wrong. We requested a new consultant who listened to us at the time. We never got a confirmation phone call about our order or arrangements. I called them the Friday before our wedding and the person answering the phone was completely rude and disrespectful and dismissed me telling me to not worry about it and enjoy your day. Little did I know that she and this company would be WHY I did not enjoy my wedding day! On our wedding day, with fifty million other things going on, they delivered our arrangements. They were wrong. We were supposed to get 4 large arrangements, we got two. We were supposed to have vases delivered with the arrangements so we could later use them for our reception site: they delivered none. My wifes bouquet had the wrong flowers in it (not at all what we had discussed at EITHER consultation), including color and shape. My grooms rose was the wrong color. It was all wrong. And when we called the shop to find out what they could do, they said their hands were tied! Long story short, we went in to talk with the owner about the issues. She listened about as well as a brick wall, often ignoring us and dismissing our comments as brides remorse. She offered a refund of about 25%, processed it in front of me and later cancelled it (it never went through). She screamed at my wife, telling us it was our fault for not saving the flowers and the wedding planners fault for not saving the flowers either. Overall, the experience was awful. The staff was rude and dismissive and they do NOT listen to your requests. The flowers were of extremely poor quality and the price was exorbitant. The customer service is a big fat "F" for FAIL. They are the worst company I have ever worked with. I will never, EVER shop there again for any reason. I would rather buy sand, grass and twigs in a trash can than go with them. I highly discourage ANYONE from doing any business with this store. They are money-mongers only interested in getting their money, regardless of the result or your happiness. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

When I first called and set my appointment up to do my wedding consultation they were very friendly. I arrived on time to my appointment and when I walked in they had no idea that I even had an appointment. Apparently someone did not pass on the message that they had scheduled and appointment. I sat down spoke with Nadine she made me feel great about the place said its the best flower place she has ever worked for and so forth. When I went into the store the day before my wedding to take a look at everything and see how it turned out it was horrible. Nadine had added things that I didnt want it was nothing like I had asked. Some of the flowers were brown, wilted, and unhealthy. My hair piece had things in it that I did NOT even ask for it was hideous!! I was beyond disappointed and let them know that. The girl that was working said she had no idea about flowers and called the owner. The owner sent Nadine in and she was not pleasant that she had to come back to work. Her excuse was some flowers just brown and there isnt much they can do. She did go back to the back and find some fresh ones but I still left with others wilted. When I told her my bouquet had things I didnt ask for on it she said she couldnt remember what we talked about so she added that. Personally I have no idea how she forgot when she took notes and I showed her a picture of what I wanted! I would not use this place for my wedding or anything else!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I called to set up a delivery, i was priced out for one type of flower with roses accompanied, she told me the price and set up my order. When the order arrived, it was the specific flower i asked for but nothing else was with them. I called the store and asked why they didnt include the roses with the specific flower and she said that she did her math wrong and the roses were going to make the total above the discussed amount. So she just sent the order out anyways without the roses and never called me first. $50.00 for one flower. Absolute rip off. I am pissed. It would be nice to get a refund.

the roses my boyfriend ordered and had delivered to my job were half dead and leaves look like they were eaten by bugs when they were delivered.... few days later theyre not opening. cant believe you let the drivers bring flowers like that to people... embarrassing... he called and was told... "im sorry i dont know what to tell you they have already been delivered its out of our hands.... awesome employees... owners probably dont even read these... and SOMETHING will be done about this place with all these bad reviews im surprised theyre still open.

For prom my daughter had a very slight problem/confusion with a boutonniere she ordered. The problem was handled right away and I even received a phone call from one of the employees-Shirley. They handled it with excellent. Thank you. I will definitely come back.

Last minute Valentines day flowers and nobody would deliver. Yet these guys went above for me so I could get flowers to my grandmother (I live out of state so couldnt just by some) and she LOVED them!!!!!

I needed a flower arrangement for funeral. I live out of the state and called them the night before the visitation. They did a wonderful job on the arrangement and got it there on time.
