I honestly hope that the OWNER reads this review because I sincerely believe that FRAUD is going on at this store! I recently ordered a large arrangement for a birthday party. It was one of the most expensive arrangements they carry. I paid $25 extra to have additional fruit dipped in chocolate and also paid to have the recipients age cut out in pineapple. The shop was aware that I had ordered from out of state. Imagine my surprise when my sister sent me a photo of the arrangement. It was a completely DIFFERENT arrangement with absolutely NO CHOCOLATE whatsoever and it wasnt even the correct fruit nor was the container correct. HOWEVER the big 80 was on the arrangement! I called headquarters and told them that I suspected this store of just using an arrangement that they had already prepared since I was from out of state. I sent photos to back up my claims which showed the big 80. Headquarters had taken my initial order so they felt that something was amiss as well. The store contacted me and while I didnt talk with the manager Jose - I feel it is highly probably that he knows that this is going on. I spoke with a young girl who informed me that the order had "gotten mixed up." I asked her how part of the order with the numbers would have been correct however?? She then yelled that, "Oh yes. I remember this order and I DID deliver what you ordered." I told her, " I have pictures and that is just BS." At this point, she told me "she wasnt going to have someone cuss at her" and hung up on me. Hey, I did not cuss her out. I simply called "a spade a spade!" I promptly called headquarters and they are going to issue me a complete refund! It isnt about the money. It is about the fact that I really feel as though this owner just doesnt know that fraud is going on in his store! He needs to get employees that he can TRUST before they RUIN his business!

I preorder a week ahead. I call to check the status of the order the day it was suppose to be delivered. It was around 3 in the after noon. I told the store the receiver will be out of work within an hour. I gave the delivery guy her home address because he will try and attempt to deliver it to her home. At 6:30 pm he called me and said he was not able to deliver it to her at work. Really?! I tried telling you that! Then he ask me for the address again. I told him I gave him the address. Asked him dont he still have it? He called me back about 3 times. With a response like without a care. He said, well it got mixed up with all my paper work. My friend called me to complain how disrruptive it was to have someone at her door at 9 pm waking her children that was in bed. I am embarrasses and dissapointed as it was suppose to be a special day for her. She told me they will call and appologize to me and make it up. A week later I still didnt get anything from the store. O and why is the owner rating himself? Dont rate yourself guy, let the customers do it. Ya need to organize your business and stop leading false hope, advertisement and information. Not getting a sincere apology in a timely manner upset me more than anything else. I have to e mail the store to complain just to get an apology and offered a certificate. What is a certificate going to do for me now? I will never use the Longmont store service any longer.

Do not order from them if you expect delivery! My boyfriend ordered a week in advance to surprise me for our anniversary. He asked for it to be delivered after 5PM since no one is home during the day. When I got home, I saw a "we missed you" note that said they came by at 1:47! So I called the number and a guy picked up. He said they had a girl deliver it but I wasnt home so the guy doing the later delivery might be able to deliver it. He then asked if it would be possible if I could pick it up. I told him to see if the guy could deliver it and if he couldnt to call me back and I would pick it up. I never got a delivery that night nor did I get a phone call. The next day, my boyfriend called to see if they were going to deliver it. They said they would "try" so he told them I would just pick it up. When I went to pick it up, you could tell the fruits were old. The juices from the strawberry were at the bottom of the bag and the strawberries were already getting soft. They didnt even offer to refund the delivery fee of $12. Why the heck are they charging $12 for delivery if they cant even guarantee a delivery! The least they could have done was call me back so I could pick up the fruits while they were fresh like they said they would! I will no longer ever order anything from Edible Arrangements. They are over priced, have horrible service and the quality of the fruits are not worth the price.

I have had good experiences with other Edible Arrangements stores, but this one is not recommended at all. I ordered a small arrangement for my mothers birthday. The first day, they attempted to deliver it around 5pm (okay, she lives about 30 minutes away). After unsuccessfully attempting to deliver it on the day it was due, they then showed up the second day at 5pm with the same arrangement. The same fruit that had been sitting in cars being driven around for two days. Even the owner who delivered it said, "Gee, maybe we should have redone this before trying to deliver it today." Then she offered to "bring another one sometime." DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. These people know nothing about customer service and nothing about running a business. I wouldnt trust the fruit they deliver, the condition of it, or anything at this point.

Ordered in plenty of time for Valentines Day. Even though it said that delivery time could not be guaranteed, I added in the comments that the recipient of the basket left work at 3pm daily. When I called to check the status, I was told that the delivery driver had not checked in and still had to return to the store to get the bouquet. As the advertisement states that the delivery van is "refrigerated" and that there should have been a plan for better delivery since it was Valentines Day.......the excuse I got was ridiculous. I have ordered from other Edible Arrangements and never had a problem or attitude from my calling. This store had attitude and excuses which are detrimental to customer service. I will make sure to do business at another location, I wont give my money to this place again.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! TO EXPENSIVE NOT TO GET GOOD SERVICE. I asked about pricing and the lady with short hair started complaining about the lady on the phone. Said She so picky Shes the one with the sister whose going through CHEMO! then started complaining about another customer. Another employee came up front and they both start complaining about customers. My jaw fell to the ground. I felt like I need a shower after all the trash talk! I told them both they have the worse customer service ever!!!!!!!! Few years back I used them. My check had been changed with out my permission. Stay away from this store!!!!!!
