The flowers were beautiful, the card was not! I placed an online order and was very specific in the special instructions field on their site. I have copied and pasted it right of the prompt confirmation I received for this review: Special Instructions: No card, no nothing, just the flowers delivered please. So I followed up with a phone call to be sure they understood my special request. When the flowers were delivered they had a card attached that said "NO MESSAGE". Needless to say this didnt go over well with the recipient. I emailed the owned and he promptly called to apologize for ruining someones day, and offered to send flowers from the shop explaining the mistake, or give me a discount off the order or a future order. He expressed that they include a card so the person receiving them knows a card wasnt sent by the sender, I assume its because they dont want to be bothered with the question after their job is done. Flowers are a very personal thing, and if your going to make it your business you should really listen to what your customers tell you, and not assume the blank card is going to inconvenience your business with a follow up call from the recipient asking if there was a card or not. Although the gesture seemed sincere from the owner, the damage was done and I moved on. More flowers or a discount cant undo the damage they have done.

I am THRILLED with Longmont Florists service! I employed Longmont Florist to design a bridal bouquet, three bridesmaid bouquets, a remembrance arrangement, and a dozen centerpieces for my wedding. I had the pleasure of working directly with Dawna - who was experienced, knowledgeable, and an absolute JOY. She genuinely delighted in working to create unique arrangements that suited my preferences while remaining respectful of my budget. Unlike many brides, I did not have a specific "vision" with regard to floral design. I showed Dawna photographs of bouquets I liked and shared basic information regarding size/color preference. Dawna asked all the right questions and facilitated an honest, comfortable discussion regarding budget and seasonal considerations. She used that information to create bouquets and arrangements more BEAUTIFUL than I could have hoped for! All of which were fresh, long-lasting, and delivered right on time. I cannot recommend Longmont Florist (or Dawna) more highly. <3

Longmont Florist deserves 10 stars . . . and Im sorry only a maximum of 5 are available! This wonderful and very personal florist has done arrangements for all of our family over many years: for funerals, (including a very personal and intricate one for our sons service), as well as for happy occasions ~ Birthdays, Mothers Days, Anniversarys, Christmas, and Easter. They have provided both "living plants" and cut arrangements that have been beautiful and perfect for the occasion ~ and their deliveries stay FRESH. Recently, Id forgotten a special Bday and Longmont Florist phoned to remind me. I was very grateful . . . and, additionally, they were able to deliver flowers THAT DAY. I live 2 hours south of Longmont, but have many relatives in the area requiring gifts . . . and its wonderful to know I have a florist that I can count on.

EDIT: We spoke to Brad, the owner, and he was very understanding and agreed that the arrangement did not look like the arrangement we ordered. He said the order had been sent to a different floral shop to complete the order, which was closer to my cousins address. He also gave us a credit for a future floral order, which I feel like helped make things right. I live in Texas, but my family and I wanted to deliver flowers for my cousin there in Colorado. We ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her, but she sent a picture of what was delivered and it looked nothing like the picture online. I am disappointed that it looked completely different and not at all what we expected. My cousin still loved them, but she didnt know what they were supposed to look like. We also upgraded to the deluxe and the arrangement was not "deluxe"

I live in Arkansas an have been using Longmont Florist, Inc. for a few years and I have to say they do a beautiful job on the arrangements and do everything they can to make the customer happy. They are very kind and I am always pleased. I dont always have all the information they need to make the delivery, but they are so helpful and we always find a way to get it the flowers delivered on time and get the job done. I always get to see what the flowers look like, because my sister sends me a picture. They are amazing and very friendly to work with. They always let you know when they have been delivered too. You could not ask for a better florist than Longmont Florist! I would rate them a 10 if there was a 10 star! I more than love them they a fantastic.

The most amazing florist Ive ever dealt with. I wanted to send a get-well broquet to Longmont same day delivery. Ive used other online flower sites before but they are usually very pricy and wouldnt have been able to delivery same day by the time I ordered it. Then I found Longmont Florist. They worked with my budget and got my order delivered within a couple of hours. And, they actually called me directly to let me know of the delivery ... no other florist has ever done that! This is also followed up with an email notification. To me, thats outstanding service! Im a delighted customer thatll come back again and again.

I found Longmont Florist a little by accident but have now ordered multiple times from them because I know how great they are to work with! Longmont Florist always takes my order with exceptionally kind customer service and has countless, beautiful arrangements priced very competitively. Weve all done it - said something careless that upset our significant other. Well, I did it last night, and this morning I wanted to express my appreciation to my wife for all she does so I had some flowers delivered. I pulled up their web site, ordered and it was done. Great prices, great selection (fantastic actually) and the chocolate they provided was delicious (or so my wife says, heh). I will definitely be using their services again. Notification of delivery was prompt (got both an email AND a call) and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend their services!

Ive used Longmont Florist to deliver flowers to my girlfriend on her birthday twice now. This year I got a friendly reminder a few days prior to the date asking me if I would like to place an order for a floral gift similar to last years. I was so impressed at the level of professionalism and care they showed, especially after receiving a delivery confirmation email. My girlfriend gushed about how beautiful the arrangement looked and I enjoyed a feeling of accomplishment that I really did not deserve and feel that I owe it all to the wonderful folks at Longmont Florist.

We live in a different state, yet have many relatives still in the Longmont area. As such, we and have used Longmont Florist many times over the years. Our family has ALWAYS been so pleased by their top notch customer service and beautiful, quality arrangments. Having worked for other florists and dealing with many in several areas of the U.S., I have found that Longmont Florist is definitely reasonably priced and once you consider quality and service, I would recommend no other in the area.
