I bought a small glass pipe and one hitter with no issues. But then I paid $80 for a cloud vapor pen which didnt work. I noticed it would not charge. 2 days later I brought it in to be replaced. I assumed since they sold me a bad unit it would automatically be replaced. I assumed wrong. The manager told me there were no exchanges or refunds as per posted signs. I replied I understand that but Im not returning nor exchanging it. I want a unit that works. After arguing for some time I demanded to speak to the owner. He took my number and I never heard from the owner. Instead the same manager called and told me he would replace the charger. I was speechless at how they can sell something and not back it at all if its a lemon. Only way to get justice was to get angry and argue Ill never go back. EDIT: After posting this I read a few more reviews. WOW I am not the only one who has bought defective products from these bafoons! Dont buy anything electronic or expensive there! If you choose to risk it HAVE THEM DEMO THE UNIT IN FRONT OF YOU!

Went there to purchase a water pipe, I thought I had found an amazing deal, it was a dome percolated pipe, glass on glass for $55; that had a twin that cost $110, when asked why it was cheaper I was told that "I was just a lucky guy that got a good deal" or something along those lines. Turns out, the tube inside the dome was blown too close to the dome and the whole pipe is useless. Not only did they knowingly sell me a defective pipe that is useless, they did it with a smile on their face. These people are buffoons, they have limited knowledge of glass in comparison to their customers AND competition. Terrible customer service, they hire semi-cute really dumb girls (I asked for a vatra case and was asked what that was, umm the infamous cases on the shelf RIGHT BEHIND YOU) as I said dumb. The manager is snarky and rude and doesnt care about customer satisfaction. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Go to smoke signals off of Broadway or Headed West, Real head shops, Mile high should shut down and let the REAL Colorado smoke shops thrive.

This place is the worst!!! Ive NEVER, NEVER, EVER been screwed over by any business as badly as I was by Mile High Pipe and Tobacco. I went in one Saturday and bought a Pocket vaporizer (cost was around $60). Went home, unboxed it, and realized the glass cylinder (the one that connects the front and back of the pipe) was not only broken, but completely unattached to the pipe. It is supposed to be intact and already attached. I went back in and was told--very rudely and without even the slightest shred of sympathy--that I could not return it. "The signs say no refunds!" It would be one thing if I had used it and wanted to return it, but this is outright fraud. They sold me a product they KNEW was defective, and then refused to refund my money. I was robbed $60 by these goons and have no legal recourse (at least not one worth the time and money) to get my money back.

The staff is very friendly, but the products they sell are borderline trash. Have had multiple vaporizers fail within a month. Had a hand held vaporizer that I had to take back 2 days later because the charger wasnt working. Wife has bought two vape pens from there that NEVER worked.. which is where manegement proves they are absolute scumbags.. sell faulty products and dont care. No refund policy, even within 24 hours in the original packaging. Doubt the management is smart enough to read the reviews on their trashy ass business... I am sure he is busy selling little kids expired candy while digging into grandmas bag to streal her pocket book.. karma comes back on you and your trashy policies.

Bought a dab rig with a honey bucket for $200 from here. Loved the rig until the bottom fell out. Not a big deal, until I went back to happily buy a replacement, possibly upgrade to titanium, and they had zero replacement parts. They told me to check back in a while when they would. A month later I went back and was told they still had none, had no plans on ordering new ones and no help in trying to help me locate anything. I ended up wasting two hundred dollars here for something I got to use a week and now isnt even a good paper weight

I do not recommend this shop for any of your accessories. I recently bought a cloud penz from them and when I got home I realized it was a defective product. I went back within an hour and the guy told me that they could do nothing for me. I then emailed the shop and never got a response within 24 hours and am still waiting for a response. Luckily I got a response from the manufacture and have sent it in to get it fixed. There are plenty of shops out there so do yourself a favor and do not go to Mile High Pipe and Tobacco.

John and his coworker, a female Im afraid I did not catch the name of, were incredibly helpful in guiding me through selecting what I was looking for in terms of walking away with the most value. Usually I feel smoke shops are a little dirtier and less professional, but Mile High is clean, professional, and very very good at serving their customers. Thanks again, John! By the way Im leaving this review on an iPhone they were kind enough to charge while I was shopping.

I have been going to this shop off and on for the past 5 years and every time I go back there is something wrong with what Ive bought and with their no refund policy dont even try taking it back because they will treat you like youre stupid. Its the only headshop in the highlands ranch area but you are better off going to headed west off I 25 and Arapahoe or the one off Broadway. If you want awful customer service and product that most likely wont work, this is your spot.

I have never bought an item from a place and 30 minutes later when they wrapped it ...then when the bowl shattered from an item that I bought, they denied me a service and said its my problem!!! the worst ran pathetic young individuals that cannot run the shop are working here!?!??? I will never go here for the rest of my life!!! I advise you not to go and go deal with another pipe shop that can actually service you for what you bought truly pathetic!

Staff is always good to me, friendly and informative. I had an issue with a product, and even though the signs say all sales are final, they did me right. Most shops say contact the manufacturer, but they did me a solid and recognized that it was the right thing to do. Plus they honor punch cards and another discount card that the owner gave me 13+years ago!! Cant beat that!

Tobacco? WHERE? I usually go to smoker friendly for loose tobacco and roll my own cigarettes, but this was closer, so I checked the website and it claims they have tobacco- hell, its in the store NAME. Nothing but stoner supplies. Oh, they offer a few packs of smokes, but nothing I cant get at a corner convenience store for $1 less per pack. What a crock.
