Buying Detox?? Visited the Sante Fe store and purchased their $40 OMNI Cleansing Drink which has "guaranteed" results. Followed the THREE-STEP directions EXACTLY and the product DID NOT WORK! Additionally, I did not use anything for seven days prior and am of an average body weight (THC is stored in fat cells). I have used the Vale cleanser several times in the past and have never had an issue but I took a chance on something new. When I called the store for information about getting a refund, BRENDAN answered and explained they dont do the refund at the store, only OMNI can issue. I said I understood, and asked BRENDAN if he has ever had customers complain about the product before. He said that theyve sold it for a year and he has never had a return, so it must have been MY mistake. I explained to BRENDAN that the directions only have three-steps and I am capable of reading and following simple instructions. He then proceeded to rudely reiterate that the product works and that I MUST have done something wrong. Youre right BRENDAN, what I did wrong was give you an opportunity to resolve the matter or provide me with helpful information. Instead you insinuated that I am too dumb to follow simple directions. You took my dissatisfaction with a product your company stands behind, and turned it into complete dissatisfaction with your company. What started as a simple request for information or even just a copy of a receipt so I could request a refund, became a negative review of your ability to do your job effectively. Don’t insult your customers-- we are why you have a job in the first place. I will certainly be taking all of my future business elsewhere as well as sharing my negative experience with all my friends and colleagues.

I used to love this place. The staff were some of the best people Ive met in retail. Today I was so disappointed with the way I was treated I dont think Ill be back. Whoever theyve got working today (08-06-17@5:45pm) are some of the rudest and most disrespectful people Ive ever met. The regular staff here are amazing. I didnt recognize any of these guys and when I asked where the regular employees were today he said, "Not here". The guy I first spoke with was the worst. I asked for a specific item along with another thing I was purchasing and I could see what I was asking for right behind this guy. He made a half-assed effort to look. At this point, based on his attitude, I decided to just let it go. I had to go get cash and when I came back someone else helped me. He too made a half-assed effort to look then asked the same guy who was originally helping me. The first guy says, just loud enough to hear, "Didnt we just have this conversation? " My eyebrows climbed up to my hairline and I offered my best f*$k you smile and left. Im non-confrontational, polite, and respectful so all of that was uncalled for. I wasnt being snotty or demanding. I am so done. Im going elsewhere from now on. To all of the employees who are regulars, Ill miss you and wish you all the best but I didnt deserve that.

I was already on my way to this shop because my friend from home recommended it ( Im a tourist) so I started reading these reviews and got scared everything was going to be over priced....WRONG!!! I went in and left with more than I thought I was going to get, and for a very very reasonable price. Dylan was working and hooked it up!! Super nice and tried to give us the best deal he could, and find us what we wanted in our price range! So he ended up saving us 25$ because we were buying stuff?? Yeah what a deal...so he also recommended a place for food which we went to... as were eating Dylan shows up! We forgot something at the store and what did he do? Came and found us and brought it to us...with cleaner?!?! I mean could you really ask for a better experience? We couldnt!! Thanks Dylan!!

If I could give the store less than one star I would. I went in and asked for a certain item the dead a certain thing. The person who was helping me gave me such item and when I got home it did nothing it was supposed to do. When I took it back into the store the woman behind the counter could not stop being condescending and refused to give me my money back although it was entirely their fault. These people suck!

Nice store, lots of selection, but way too over priced. Staff is nice and helpful, but doesnt make up for the pricing on glass. Most basic one hitter all started at $25 and the $10-$15 one hitters were so small that you might burn your face trying to hit it. Overall great selection of stuff, but not price friendly.

The guy who helped us was very pushy and didnt seem to listen. He also forgot to ring up one of our items. He talked a lot but it wasnt correct information. The product we bought broke immediately. We wasted $31 here.

I dont recommend coming here, everything seems to be overpriced. (Tourist trap) A TI domeless nail was $85.00 & blow torches were starting at $50+. Save yourself the trip & look elsewhere if youre coming to dab.

Crazy markups, like beyond reason. Extra $30 tagged on to a $50 product readily available online. I always try to buy local, but not when youre ripping me off. Sadly taking my business on to the interwebz.

Overpriced glass. If you want a cheaper affordable rig look elsewhere. If you want a heady, try going direct to the artist. $40 for a Chinese j hook adapter is a joke lol.
