I called to ask for pricing on boxes. I informed the person who answered the phone, of prices i found and was hoping he can match it or get close in order to give him the business. I was hung up on. I called back; rang for a bit, he answered again and after lying that the phone "disconnected" - i informed him again that I want to give him the business and why he hung up...his response. " You guys are NOT CUSTOMERS, you shop around, bother everybody, look at online prices, and dont pay taxes, are bad citizens" - after which he hung up again. Unfortunately, had he worked with me or been respectful i would have gone down and bought a couple single cigars as i have done with other shops regardless of price. If you are looking for good customer service, look elsewhere. This persons frustration is taken out on the wrong people and there is no need for anyone to put up with this stuff.

I cant comment on the "mean old man" from the other comments, but the woman running the store when I came in was lovely and very helpful. As a new pipe smoker, I needed some help picking out a couple of tobaccos. She set me up with a couple of their bulk blends: Indian Summer, which I absolutely loved, and Rocky Mountain High, a little too sweet for my tastes, but thats just my personal preference. The only complaint I have is I wish they had a larger selection of tin tobaccos, and their Dunhill tins were a little on the pricey side...their bulk tobaccos are a great deal though. Overall, a very good experience, Ill be back for sure

I dont know anything about cigars but came in to shop for a gift as a surprise for my husbands retirement. The staff was very helpful, so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the different types of cigars. They asked me questions to help me identify what he would truly like for his retirement and they had a huge selection from which to choose. The owner was so gracious with his time and expertise in helping me choose just the right ones. I bought several that my husband appreciated immensely. My husband was so impressed that this has become his favorite and only cigar shop. I couldnt recommend it more highly!!

I came to the shop for the first time I drive a truck and was looking to buy a box or bundle of cigars. I noticed they had 8 cigars for $25 I didnt recognize any of them but with so many new brands out I figure why not the writing in the bag said $50 1/2 off for $25. Me being a trusting person figured cool a good deal. Later after I left I looked up the cigars and not one in the bag sold for more then $2.00 anywhere and half were $1.10 a stick in bundles of 20. What a crook and the man running the place was not exactly friendly also. Never again will I shop at this place crooked and dishonest business man.

I just stop by the store today as it has been a long time since I had been in as a customer (years) and the owner was as gracious as ever. I purchase a pipe and the holiday special Latin American Trio cigars …. Have to say the cigars are great and the pipe will be tested tomorrow and I know that it too will be to my liking. This will be the place that I will go back to many times as the service is the best and the products the same. Thanks for the great service and time spent helping me out.

Great store that we shopped at when it was over near Forest and still go to now that it is on Oneida. For those still trying to find the Cigar they prefer, the variety packs of four in three price levels are helpful. The owner hand picks from the Cigars he stocks. If you want just basic Cigars, he also does samples of 8, but they are cheap and he will tell you so. As you can see there is something for everyone. Plus pipes and good pipe tobacco too. Recommend you stop in.

I have bought cigars from this family owned cigar store for 10 plus years. I LOVE THE PLACE! Service and knowledge of cigars, pipes, tobaccos is best in Colorado. The owner treats EVERY customer, like the customer WANTS to be treated. Put a smile on your face everytime you walk in the door and you will leave with a smile, a good laugh from the owners jokes and feel like family!

This is the second year I have gone in for a Christmas gift for my dad. These guys are so helpful. I never know what to get, and they will spend 15-20 minutes with you helping to choose the best cigars. Great customer service, excellent selection.

Cigar and Tobacco world has a very well stocked humidor. Their prices are average, and the staff is friendly and helpful and dont intrude on your privacy when you are looking around.
