Ive been to both Headed West locations now. I am in love with this store!!! Authentic Local Denver Colorado Merch Baby!! Plus, some super great staff who easily make sure all of your needs are taken care of, and the selection of merchandise is insane, at both shops, REALLY. However, this location has a bit more room, so this means a bit more merchandise. I love their selection AND display for Chiefton wear (big fan) and the love they show other local companies and businesses. Their glass artists at both shops are just dope, but the glass selection here? Amazing! I must show love to the gentleman that worked tonight, last night of February. I showed up at closing and he was so great and helpful, even though it was almost time to close up. He still took time without rush or bother, which, I thought was very professional. So, big thank you sir! Headed West, you must have a great hiring process because your employees are awesome and super knowledgeable about what you carry. I really appreciate that when I visit your locations! Also, big ups on the selection process of what youre going to carry as products. If youre looking to invest in a hookah, this is not the place to buy from. My husband and I made a long trip to Denver to invest in a Khalil Maamoon hookah. We knew we could buy online, but thought that it would be nice to support a local business that sells them. We bought our hookah, one that we were told was a KM hookah and looked very similar to a KM hookah. However, when we got home and tested it out, it was terrible quality, and turned out to be a fake after extensive online research. So, we made another long trip to Denver and after arguing one of the workers admitted to having a real KM hookah in the back and said that he would trade it out and give us a $10 pipe for free. We got the authentic Khalil Maamoon hookah and brought it home to find out that it was missing the knob that filters out the harsh smoke. horrible customer service. We shouldnt have had to come back after being sold an off brand hookah that we were told was a Khalil Maamoon. I dont recommend this shop for anyone that is looking for a good quality hookah.

It felt like a very comfortable environment when my friends and I walked it! Usually you get the guys that dont care about it but at this location they were extremely helpful with several questions. I cant remember who helped us out since its been awhile but next time I see him Im definitely going to add another comment with his name; he definitely deserves a raise or something with his terrific customer service. Great energy and no one there was rude!! Thank you guys definitely coming back when I have the money and time!

Headed West is the best and most friendly pipe/tobacco shop in Denver, CO. There is amazing glass all over Colorado, so saying their glass is the best doesnt mean that much. Their glass however is very high quality and affordable. Their staff and the atmosphere they promote is unparalleled. They never rush customers or "force a sale". They just want to make the customer totally satisfied with their purchases. Cant say enough how awsome Headed West is. Will only shop there.

Great selection of hookahs, shisha, pipes, and any smoking accessory you could think of. The staff is nice and knowledgeable, and the store is large, well lit, and organized. When I was in the store for some hookah supplies, someone walked in looking for cannabis, which this store does not supply. If youre looking for that, dont worry! There are plenty of recreational cannabis stores all around Denver, and this is one of the last tobacco supply stores in town.

What a funky selection of glass pipes! The staff are truly helpful and easy-going. One lady stayed with us as we got a feel for over 30 different pieces; we went back and forth between several of them and she was so patient and made us feel at ease with her jokes and friendly conversation. Its a great place to stop if youre looking for a chill environment and a wide array of options, whether you live in Denver or youre visiting from out of town!

I had come to this shop not really expecting to much especially this early in the morning. I was totally blown away. Right away I was told hello and welcome. I was specifically looking for the kiln heating attachment for my battery. Well it was in Stock and Ian the guy helping me was very helpful. He also helped me pick out another battery that would work well with the kiln. I certainly will be coming back here when in town. Thanks so much Ian!

Bought my new beautiful green piece "Flubber" :) Today was a amazing experience. Im sitting here thinking I should have asked which way she spells it I hope she laughs reading this but Caitlin or Kaitlyn lol (again Im sorry) BUT she was WONDERFUL very chill knew the local blowers had good advice of choice on select ones she liked personally. Loved the selection of everything from coils for hash pens to cute hippie clothes. Have a good day ;)

Superb selection of glass and glass accessories as well as tapestries, hookahs, and clothing! The staff was extremely friendly and everyone had plenty of knowledge on the products that they sold. They were also able to answer all of my questions with expertise and great customer service. Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with all of the employees at this location. Job well done, I will definitely be spending my money here soon :)

Talk about customer service. I was in headed west earlier and was helped by Mitch. He walked me through all of the methods of vaping. I didnt know much about portable vaporizers when walking in nor did I know it was an option. He showed me a variety of different vapes, and I ended up buying a Mighty portable vaporizer, and I absolutely love it. Ask for Mitch, he is really a really friendly fellow!

This shop is awesome! They have the best selection of very diverse items from glass, clothing, purses, hats, kratom and so much more! The staff is very awesome I was greeted right away walking in, they were very knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend headed west for anyone looking for a new smoke shop! Awesome smoke shop and vape shop. Excellent service they always are helpful and offer a variety of products. Wether you need a new rig dabber pipe or vape mod they have it. They also have frequent deals on different products. I would never waste my time going to any smoke shop other than headed west. They always post funny stuff on Instagram and when they are having sales. 10/10

Always been a big fan and offers the best and most recent pipes and.tobacco. love the atmosphere of this store it offers a huge amount of space. Hopefully the bring in some skateboarders or BMX to watch do trick haha. Always have great things to say and this is my number one store of reference and promotions.
