My partner and I have been coming here for a little over three years now! Everyone employed here is absolutely amazing, kind and knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. Weve bought pretty much one of everything that they have in stock here, from waterpipes to clothing- and none of it has ever failed us. Even when they dont have some specific part were looking for, they always know exactly where to send us and what to ask for. Weve never been let down! The discounts are to die for, different sales every month and dont forget to ask about the MED CARD sales! The atmosphere of the store is so lax, a wide selection and its all organized perfectly. The location is definitely choice, better than the Colorado BLVD location, I wont be taking my business anywhere else but here! Thanks for all the great service :)

I cant say enough great things about this location! The customer service is outstanding! We stopped here yesterday to pick up a water pipe. The young man helping us pulled down several pieces for us and was very knowledgable. He even explained that some of the pieces were from local artists. We love supporting local! We were trying to stay within a specific budget and the piece we really liked was just over that. Luckily the employee informed us that med card holders get a 15% discount. Our lucky day! We left with a beautiful piece and also some kratom with a nice discount as well! We stopped here while running errands and it is actually 45 minutes from our home.. But we will definitely go out of our way to shop here again! Thanks for the great customer service!

One star is one too many. I am here from St. Louis and wanted to take something home with me. I didnt expect to be ripped off. The item I wanted cosy $19.95. When I checked out with cash the guy behind the counter charged me $29.95. He knew the price of the item. And he knew I am an older lady, and he thought he could steal from me. When my son went back into the store he had to fight and argue with the cashier. He refused to give my money back and offered store credit. He stole from me so my son was going to call the police. That when the cashier remember how to give a refund and gave my son the money he stole from me. I would NOT recommend this dishonest store.

I went in looking for a very specific part, for a recently released vaporizer, that no one else around here has had, just in a whim, not expecting them to have it, but not only do they carry every accessory, at no mark up from the manufactures website, their staff was knowledgeable, familiar with the product, and could have had me in and out in less than 5 minutes, if I didnt take half an hour to look at all the pretty glass! Would definitely recommend! Thanks again guys, my Pax 2 hits like brand new now, and no waiting on shipping! Extra star for playing blood hound gang the whole time I was in there! 6/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My friend recently purchased an attachment for my birthday that was supposed to hold a dome and a nail. When I went to put my nail into the attachment it fell right through. We returned to the store to let the salesman know that he sold us the wrong thing and the only response I got was a long sigh and the words "Yeah we cant return this. You are going to have to buy another attachment." If this is your way of upselling it is truly a poor business plan. I do not want to spend money there if the only thing I can look forward to is disappointment and poor customer service.

All the guys in the shop were great! Kale was especially helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed and even recommending things that could benefit me more as well. He did more than a thorough job showing me how to use the items I purchased and was super patient with me. I know I could go back anytime if I have issues with anything and hes more than happy to help. Absolute outstanding customer service and a great collection of items. Very POOR. I purchased a floor model Da Buddha vaporizer. It was Defective from day one. I called the manufacturer. They advised Headed West was responsible for sending it back, but Headed West will not take it back. Now, I have to pay for shipping a defective product purchased less than 2 weeks ago. The store on Arapahoe was rude in addition to not being helpful. update 7-2017 Never heard back from the owner. Purchased a PAX 3 from another store. Still like my Budha vape, but Ill never go back to this store. My business goes anywhere else.

I stopped by today to learn more about Kratom. I was immediately greeted by Miller and he was kind enough to tell me a bit about the products that they carry and help me to select a couple things to try ( they were even on sale!). Ive never been into a shop like this so I was a little nervous about looking like a noob but Miller was SO kind and helpful and he made me feel right at home. I truly cant wait to give this place more of my business in the future! Thanks so much for the exceptional service!

Great, huuuuuuuuge selection, clean shop and knowledgeable staff that will actually try to discuss your needs and price ranges instead of instantly recommending the most expensive thing on the shelf. Kind of sad that you have to play the "this is for tobacco use only" game instead of being able to have an adult conversation about legalized plant life, but thats not their fault (grow up GV City Council!).

Not impressed with their vape pens or service. They recommended the most expensive one last time and it failed after 30 days. The new one they recommended was cheaper but doesnt work after day 2. Of course they cant do a refund. I just wish they would have actually listened to my needs and usage and recommended something more useful and longer lasting. Wont go back.

Quality smoking accessories for the prices. Great deals on many items at any given time. Lots of local items and unique non smoking accessories that are unlikely to be found anywhere but online. All the employees are knowledge on the products and can give you a pretty good idea of what your going to be getting. Friendly and comfortable place to be at!

So awesome! Ive been here a couple times and have always enjoyed all of my experiences but this one tops them all!! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and did not rush my decision. Theyre always doing their best to help, theyre very knowledgeable and the selection they have in store is absolutely huge. Everything you can think of is here, anything you would need is here and they have much more. I never go to a different tobacco shop.

We bought a helios enail 1.0 and they sold us an enail and they said we had a warranty with them when they sold it they lie and say that you have a warranty then turn it back on you and say to call the company to claim the warranty then when we try to call the company they dont even answer lmao so no this company is a ripoff.
