We own a marketing company and the printer we had been using for years hired some new people and completely messed up our printing needs multiple times for a particularly high level client. We got great references for Print Pointe from a Facebook group and decided to go with them. We came to them knowing that if this project wasnt done right the first time we would likely loose this client. Lindsay and the team exceeded every expectation we had by delivering (yes I literally mean they deliver) high quality products in a very short amount of time all while keeping the projects within our clients budget. I honestly believe that they saved our contract with our client. We literally could not have been happier. The staff is an absolute joy to work with (they even gave me a tour of their shop). We will be recommending Print Pointe to everyone we know and they have officially become our "go to" for all of our printing needs! Thank you Print Pointe!

Called for pricing once, went in, and received OK service/product. Called a few weeks later to confirm pricing, went in to their office, and was told Id have to pay an excessive extra beyond what I was told on the phone. They just tack $ on to whatever size digital print order you have to compensate for their time (I already had a large order, so they would have made money); this is even if your order takes no time at all. They didnt even offer to wave the fee since I had made the drive, even after confirming they misinformed me on the phone (they asked if it was I who called). Huge inconvenience, poor/inconsiderate customer service experience. I look forward to taking my personal and business orders to other establishments that value their customers time.

I have worked with many "professional" printers and I will never go back after working with Print Pointe. Not only is everyone at this company professional and (very) timely, they actually care about you as a customer. Every experience I have had has been top notch, not to mention their fair pricing on all items. I appreciate everyone who I have worked with at this company and I am genuinely excited to refer business to them. Cheers to you, Print Pointe, you have set the bar very high!
