I had the chipotle chicken, boyfriend had the southwest tofu scramble, and we both love our food! Nestled between McDonalds and chick fil a, with a slightly pricier menu, there was zero wait to get food this morning (though we did order at 5:10 which is before they officially open). Relatively quick food, absolutely delicious, and not all that outlandish of a price for what you get. I cant believe this is airport food. Definitely stopping by again next time Im in the Denver airport.

Incredibly, this is really is a farm-fresh eatery, without all the snobbery. I almost cried when I saw "paleo-friendly" and "farm-to-table" on their website. For those with food allergies: they actually have an ingredient list available for all of their menu items--an absolute Godsend for me. The manager came out so I could personally ask him questions. Fast service too, and the food was incredible. I will absolutely hit up the next Mod Market that I see when Im traveling.

The first time I went here I was impressed with the price and quality (and health-value!) of the food. I sought it out again during my next layover in Denver and was not disappointed. I asked for a sandwich without bacon and the cashier offered to sub in avocado for no extra charge. I highly recommend eating here, especially if youre health-conscious and like good food! I know I wont go anywhere else on my future visits to the Denver airport.

Amazing fresh food. They were able to cater to my wife who has an autoimmune paleo. The staff was happy to show her a list of ingredients in the foods when she asked. PS. Read the back of the receipt if you eat here!
