However, you have to understand that we have to follow strict rules of UPS. We are subjected to follow the policies and verify Identification before handing packages. More importantly, you are more than welcome to ask for manager or the owner if you have any issues with any employees. Melissa Sutherland I apologize if some of our employees have been rude to you. Our goal at Shebelle Market Inc is provide excellent customer service to all our customers by treating them fairly. If you have any issues you can always ask for manager or owner and we make sure we discipline that employee. Cindy Carmon I apologize that you were not able to come in the store even though the open sign was on. I am not quiet sure if the door was jammed or stuck but next time you come please ask for the owner.

I went there to buy teff flour and some spices. The sign on the front was flashing open, and it was during business hours, but they were closed. I cant say for sure that I hated them, because I couldnt go shopping.
