Immensely grateful to Melissa Southwick for recommending the ContourSleep Power Foundation by Relax the Back The Contour Sleep Foundation was my seventh purchase from Melissa Southwick at the Colorado Springs Relax the Back store. When I met Melissa, she asked non-invasive questions about my health and made some initial suggestions to help me improve the quality of my sleep. She then researched Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia on my behalf and came back to me with her educated insights about which products would help to reduce my pain. I wish Id purchased the Contour Sleep Adjustable Base years ago. The quality of my sleep has significantly improved my energy levels and reduced my Rheumatoid Arthritis joint pain. Melissa recommended the appropriate Temperpedic pillows, Sheex sheets, and Far Infrared heating blanket to accompany the adjustable base to replace the cheap pillows and electric blanket that were contributing to my pain and ill health. Ive slept soundly every night since purchasing these items. If you have difficulty sleeping and wake up tired, you understand the value of a pleasurable nights sleep. Ive given up sleeping pills and reduced the amount of pain medication Im taking. My Rheumatoid Arthritis lead to my becoming disabled in May 2011. If Id known then what I know now, the ContourSleep base would have been the first product I purchased. I spend a significant amount of time in bed because of arthritis and severe neck pain, so nothing is more important to my recovery than my sleeping arrangements. Melissa was instrumental in making my bedroom a relaxing and comfortable place to heal. I am so thrilled with my new bed, I never want to get out of it. Other products purchased from Melissa at Relax the Back include: Contour Side Pillow, Contour Sleep Wedge System, Snoozer Body Pillow, Far Infrared Deluxe Pad, MediBeads Moist Heat Pads, Temper-Essential Support Pillow Other products Melissa recommended that I love: Sheex Performance Bedding. I made the "Great" decision of purchasing a Flex 3S Massage Chair as a surprise Christmas gift for my wife! What made my decision "great" was the fact that I chose to make the purchase from Relax The Back in Colorado Springs! The whole experience....from my consultant, Christa Luppino...all the way to my Delivery Experts, Justin & Ron, was absolutely magnificent! Christa took the time and answered all my questions about each chair...never felt rushed, making the whole purchase process very enjoyable! During the delivery, Justin and Ron were extremely knowledgeable about the chair they delivered! It is just unheard of that the delivery guys would possess the knowledge that they did for the item being delivered! Again...never felt rushed! Oh...by the way...THE CHAIR IS AWESOME!!!!!!

Our Back Care Consultant was Tina Hyndman and she was great to work with. We barraged her with lots of questions and concerns and she was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She was awesome to work with and as a result we purchased the bed. My wife, Marilyn, has stage 4 cancer and has had a very difficult time with finding the right bed to get a good nights sleep. Weve had a sleep number bed, a Saatva bed and they just didnt do the job. We love our new bed and my wife loves the bed and is quite happy. She doesnt experience the pain like she has with the others. Thank you Tina, for helping us find a bed that adds to the quality of life for her and for me...I love it too.

I bought my zero gravity chair 4 years ago at Relax The Back. It was time to have the cushioning replaced, so I called the store for help. I was so surprised when Melissa offered me a same day service call. Ive just had back surgery (7 days ago) so getting my chair fixed quickly was a dream come true. Justin (who also originally delivered my chair 4 years ago) and Ron came out and got right to work. Justin always makes that extra effort to get everything just right. He definitely knows what hes doing. While everyone I have dealt with over years has been great, Justin is a superstar. Id give him 10 stars!

I have purchased a Luma here last year and have really enjoyed the chair, so we went back today to get a second one for upstairs. Christa was very pleasant and helpful in getting us the chair we wanted and same day delivery. She even called to let us know the delivery would be a few minutes late. Justin and crew were actually on time. They had the chair in and set up in just a few minutes. He went over features and tips and was very helpful. Well be back for another chair for my brother later this year. I really love Relax the Back, their products and staff. I highly recommend.

The delivery people are extremely courteous, knowledgeable , and helpful as well. Once your purchase is delivered, Patrick will do whatever is necessary to make sure you are pleased and satisfied. I decided to visit this store to see if I could find a pillow to help with neck pain. I have wide shoulders and I would wake up with a stiff neck. Will took great care of me- gave me a demo and it worked out really well, so I bought the memory foam pillow. They have a lot of other great neat merchandise I like too. Id like to purchase one of the computer workstations that allow you to sit or stand. this would be great for me as I spend a lot of time on the computer. Highly recommended if you have back or neck issues and need help with sleeping, working or relaxing

My mother Susan bought a Tempur-pedic mattress with the ergo plus base and had a wonderful experience! The sales person, Christa, was amazing and so helpful with all of my mothers questions and just the entire purchasing experience. Once the bed was purchased and set up for delivery they were in contact to let us know when the bed would be delivered and the delivery crew of Justin and Billy were very fast, explained everything about the bed and they were very hard workers! Thanks so much for the experience, you all were great!

We were interested in an inversion table, went to Relax The Back to try one. They were very accommodating. In spite of the advice of a doctor saying they were a waste of money, we decided to try it again & again. Purchased it because we felt better after every use. Justin assembled it in 15 minutes, took it to where we wanted it and explained everything in detail. Very impressed. There are less expensive tables but we wanted one that will last a long time. The future will tell if it improves our quality of life.

These people are great. I ordered my chair but it would not be here before my surgery so they jumped through hoops to be sure I had a chair before I got out of the hospital. The delivery guys were great and very concerned that I was happy and every thing was just right. Every one from the time I walked in the door of their shop was concerned about being sure I was getting what I needed and would be happy. You dont see many companies that can maintain that quality of people all the way through the company.
