RIPOFF ALERT! They charged us 75$ for a "rush fee" to have $500.00 of furniture here in 3 days, and delivered it 10 days later!!! Not only that, but we were charged a hefty one hour furniture-assembly fee and it took them nineteen minutes to assemble. I tried and tried to reason with Mollie and Michael Ward to negotiate a partial refund, but they just dont care. Mollie initially promised I would receive a refund, but then Michael Ward reneged on that and now refuses to respond.

The job was never finished...we still have a door without a doorknob and several pieces missing. Our office looks unprofessional and unfinished. Too many false promises to count....I would never use this company again, or recommend them to anyone. Let this be your warning!

No it wasnt in stock they offered 14 and 16 foot conference tables very hard to find and they were very reasonably priced
