Last month I posted highly critical review of Bubbles detailing an unfortunate situation with an employee at this establishment. Much to my surprise I received a call this afternoon from the owner who had seen my review on Yelp. (I can only assume that he had been calling every single "Eric" on their mailing list in hopes of tracking me down, impressive... +1 sir). After receiving a very sincere apology, and a commitment to rectify the situation, I have chosen (without prompting) to remove my previous review. As a small business owner you obviously cant always control what your employees do or say. However, you do control how you handle the situation once it does arise. In a day and age when many businesses simply shrug off customer complaints, refusing to accept responsibility, it is refreshing to experience such a high level of integrity and customer care in an area that some may see as trivial. With a wine selection that is still top notch, and a HUGE selection of hard to find micro brews, I am very glad to be able to say that Im coming back. I raise my pint to Adam, the (relatively new) owner of Bubbles Liquor World and revise my rating to a VERY well deserved 5-Stars. Cheers.

Ive been a happy customer of Bubbles since they first opened. Prior to that I was always very disappointed at the quality and selection of liquor stores in Castle Rock and would drive to Lukas or Heritage in the DTC to buy what I needed. Bubbles has a great selection of wines, beers and liquor. I can find my favorite Belgian beers as well as plenty of domestic and imported specialty beers when Im looking for a change. They have my favorite scotch (Balvenie Single Barrel) and gin (Plymouth), which can be hard to find in the smaller stores. They also have a broad selection wines covering a wide range of prices. I particularly like their selection of inexpensive Chilean wines. They take care of their stock, which is something smaller stores cant do. They have often taken the time to offer suggestions and even explained the color-code on their shelf labels to help me quickly identify if they had more stock in back. They are slightly more expensive, but this is something theyve admitted to me and have recently taken steps to become more competitive despite the higher quality of service they offer.

Always terrible service. I have talked to the owner on one previous occasion regarding her staff. It became nominally better, but I avoid Bubbles for this very reason. After a quick stop in today, once again, the staff continues to disappoint allowing 13 people to stand in line waiting to check out while 3 employees stood around at the registers. When I asked one of them to open a register, the employee whispered, "I dont have that ability." When, I repeated what she said in front of all customers, all 3 other employees quickly opened a register. Avoid Bubbles.

Excellent selection, especially if you love Mead. Bubbles is an affordable, well managed liquor store which is decently organized. One mark I give against them is for things they are not familiar with, like Sake and Mead. They label both as a dessert item. Some mead is sweet, as is some Sake, however both are just as varied as pretty much any other wine. Some of the most bitter things I have ever drank were Sake. So to summarize: 4/5 Selection: 5/5 Organization: 3/5 Staff: 4/5 Price: 4/5

I ordered a keg and called to be sure that it had arrived before driving back to store. Manager seemed put out to check and assured me it had arrived. When I stopped to pick it up they had no record of it and were extremely rude and complacent. I have given them several other opportunities and its the same a$$hole attitude. Dont go to Tipsys either- same owners

Ryan is the absolute best! I just moved here and was a bit over zealous about the awesome local craft beer selection in Colorado and Ryan guided me through the huge selection. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly! Give that man a raise!! I will be back soon and definitely talking to Ryan! Thanks Bubbles!

Great year round selection. We love traveling, and enjoy the local drinks wherever we go. Its great to come back from the trip to find that they already have some of the brands, that we enjoyed traveling. If they didnt have it on hand, they do a good job ordering some for us. Good seasonal selection as well.

Great liquor store. Outstanding selection. Somewhat confusing pricing. Example: 2 different size bottles of the same Vermouth, exactly the same price. 2 different displays of the same vodka - different prices. Have to watch the labels and be ready @ checkout to discuss with the cashiers.

If you need a specialty beer, wine, or liquor item, this is the place to go. Even if you just need a 6-pack of regular beer, they have the best prices that I have found. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program and get a surprise $10 off every once in a while!

Great store, great staff, they are so helpful and sweet. Except for the bald wine guy. He needs to lighten up. I have over heard him on several occasions talk to the staff and wine reps in a negative way. He could be more respectful and be happy he has a job.

Huge! Good selection. First time here, person at register asked if we had a bubbles card, said ni, never been here....didnt offer us one, just rang everything up and sent us on our way. Guess we will shop at our local place that treats us well.

The mannequins kinda freak me out but I really like this liquor store. Free wine tastings every week, helpful and knowledgeable staff, great beer and wine selection. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is they dont have a bomber cooler.

Everything you could possibly need, is here. And the mannequins, placed perfectly around, give it a really fun place to shop. Beautifully clever. My favorite fellow is the "guard" by the front door. I always get surprised, every time!

Bubbles is a great store. The prices are a little higher then say Davidsons in Highlands Ranch, or some of the other larger stores, but I have always had a good experience here. The clerks and management have always treated me right.

Just one horribly rude lady that works there. Good selection , though. But dont ask any questions about the liquor, theres a lady there that really hates her job. Older, short brown hair , glasses. Stay away from her.

The bes!!!! They have an amazing selection and if they dont have what you want they will try and find it. I put a request in with Amy, she looked everywhere. Sad to say my taste is too rare to get but they truly try.

Ive been to Bubbles on multiple occasions, and recently for my last visit. Ive had multiple problems with them ordering beer/kegs, and the service attitude by their staff is terrible.
