I needed my prescription right away. It was a standard item that pharmacies usually have in stock. Just to be sure, I asked the clerk to check if it was in stock. I saw him walk to the shelf, find the item, and pick it up. So we both knew it was there. He then asked me if I could come back the next day. Seriously, he asked me to come back the next day. The item was right there. I told him I needed it now. So he said it could be ready in an hour. Why would it take an hour? He already had my information in the computer. It would take 15 seconds to print the label, and another 10 seconds to walk to the shelf and pick up the package he had already seen and touched. There was not a long line of people ahead of me, just one person. The clerk was apologetic, blaming the delay on the fact that not many people were working there at the time. Yes, the place was understaffed. But that doesnt explain why a person who was working there and who had already walked to the shelf and picked up the item couldnt walk to the shelf and pick up the item and hand it to me. This was not something that needed to be mixed, measured or counted - it came in a box as-is. There is something really wrong with the system at this pharmacy. I will not be going back.

This pharmacy is a joke. They are so slow and understaffed it is amazing. Most of the techs are pleasant but whomever manages the pharmacy needs to be replaced. You can not drop off a prescription and wait 15 minutes for it (like normal pharmacies), you will need to wait for at least an hour. My wifes doctor called in a prescription to help with her vomiting at noon (she was been very sick since 2am last night and is 4 months pregnant) . I called at 12:45pm wanting to pick it up and they wanted me to come by after 6pm to pick it up. I told them I need it immediately and explained the situation and they said they will need another hour to fill it. I have monthly prescriptions filled and they rarely are able to do it on the same day. The drive thru can take anywhere from 15 minutes if there is no line and up to an hour if there are 2-3 cars in front of you. They always ask my name then look it up in the computer says there is nothing for me then I ask then to look at all of the prescription that are waiting for pick-up and they always find my medicine. Again, who is managing this place. It is a freaking joke. Problem is, they are right next to my house but at this point this location is a problem, not a convenience.

The manager here is an utter a**hole! First, he tries to rip me off on a 24 pack of water by charging twice the advertised price. Then, he does the same with a pair of Renuzit air fresheners. Those were the only 3 things I bought! Then, as if that wasnt enough, he lost patience with me when I tried to find my coupons and told me to step aside. By this time, I was fuming, so I just left. He never even once showed any remorse for overcharging (which was obviously intentional) and did not feel any bit ashamed that his poor customers all had to hand carry all of their items because the store was not stocked with shopping baskets and carts. I swear, I will NEVER, EVER frequent this CVS location again! I have been to countless CVSs, and not once have I encountered such sheer, unabated rudeness. Shame on them!

If youre in need of a pharmacy, do not come here. Every pharmacist and pharmacy tech I have dealt with here has been pretty good; the problems seems to be they are also overworked and understaffed. Id guess this stems from the management; last time I was waiting in a long line of angry people to pick up a script, the pharmacy techs called the manager to try to get some more help. He told them to "deal with it"; they obviously were trying, but were clearly beyond capacity and customers were getting seriously mad as a result. Its been like that pretty much every time; as a result, scripts take longer than they should to get filled or issues resolved. So be kind to the techs; the problems behind the pharmacy counter seem to be largely out of their control.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. My doctor faxed my prescription to the pharmacy. I went in expecting a 15-30 minute wait. I was then told that it would take longer for my prescription to be filled. Days later, I received a call saying that my prescription was ready to be picked up. I called back to verify that this was in fact true, only to be told that my prescription was actually not ready and it would take an additional hour. On top of taking days to prepare my medication, the pharmacist who answered had the nerve to rudely question my dosage. Absolutely horrible. If you want to get your medication in a timely fashion and be treated with respect, then do not use this pharmacy.

Thieves !! I was sick this evening needing medicine go to closest CVS and go to the cashier Charles. He pocketed a $20 bill i brought to buy my medicine. When i told the manager she checked the cameras but said she couldnt see anything due to position of their camera. Charles was bragging he knew he wouldnt get in trouble. He has done this before and knows already. The manager wouldnt credit my $20 to my medicine .. I was really sick and needed it. Dont ever shop there .. They dont have appropriate camera protection for trusting people. Charles their cashier already knew that. I give them -100 stars.

Horrible!. Never going back. Last night was the last. Was told med would ready 3:30. Then 4:30. Walked there, arriving at 4:45. Waited till 5:30 to finally got it. Then my wife wanted to BUY Ibuprofin. Lady told there too many people and not add the product. Been there around 5 times, and have never had a reason to have service. I really am a very understand person so you have really understand they are just not on it.

Bob is a true legend we tried 9 pharmacies before I found CVS, none of them had the medication my husband needed, they wouldnt or couldnt order it, no help was offered. Bob went above and beyond to help my family, he truly had our best interest at heart! I know where ill be taking all our prescriptions from now on! Go see them, they will take care of you! Thank you Bob!

One of the friendliest neighborhood stores left! Everyone is nice, always helpful, the prices are surprisingly good and the specials are really a steal! Plus they print "Extra Bucks" on almost every receipt you get and the savings are considerable. The pharmacy is fast and the people professional and warm. Cant see how anyone would post low reviews for this store!

Beautiful store with everything herbal/natural under the sun. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices can be a little steep on some items. Be on the lookout for Facebook coupon codes, etc. to help lower the cost.Definitely worth a stop in if youre in the area.
