I was quoted $62 to visit the "Minute Clinic" for a bite/rash on my hand. I just wanted a recommendation on a cream because I couldnt tell if the bump was a bug bite or from a plant. Im sorry, but $62 to have someone take a glance and say, "Looks like a bite. Try using such and such cream." When I first saw it in the store, I thought it was a terrific idea. No fuss, no muss, to have a trained person help with easy medical issues and questions (like mine) without the hassle of making an appointment with the doctor, taking time off to go, etc. But, I dont think this "Minute Clinic" thing is an asset to anyone. Very disappointed.

I went there to print some photos. But their "supervisor" (her name was Ana) was so unfriendly when she was helping me that I cant believe she was the supervisor. Her attitude made me feel Id never want to go back to that place again. Awful customer service!

The worst..older Woman Kathy has been rude on several occasions..other CVS apologize for her as they know that CVS is really rude to customers and they dont want to do the work .

Everyone is always helpful and polite. They move things along at check out, prices are average for a chain pharmacy, and the return process on items is simple and well done.
