Very rude associates. On 7/20 I went to return a cushion that my mother had purchased for my late father, which we had removed from the box but not actually used because he was bedridden for the two days after we bought it, then taken to a hospital on the third day, so he never had a chance to use it. I told the woman that my mother had purchased it less than a month ago but it wasnt the right kind (I didnt want to go into detail about my recent loss) and hand her the receipt. She immediately gave me attitude and asked why we had taken so long to return it; it had been purchased on 7/01. I told her that we had been busy, I didnt feel that it was any of her business that we had been busy making funeral arrangements and mourning. She proceeded to open the box and inspect the cushion. She found the tiniest spec of dust/dirt and said it was used and she would not accept it, because they "ALWAYS" inspect an item before selling it. I went back to the car and asked my mother if anyone had opened the box to inspect it, she stated that they hadnt. We went back in and another woman proceeded to say that she doesnt know if the person who sold it to my mother had checked it first or not, but could not accept it either way. They were just making up any excuse to not accept our return, and were very rude and insensitive, and repeatedly contradicting themselves.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever! Every time I go for my sons prescription, they say they dont have the generic brand and that I have to pay for the Original one wich is more expensive and my insurance doesnt cover. Like 3 times I had to pay cash. Then the last time I went to Rite- Aid and they gave me my prescription in less than 10 minutes and without hesitation. The people they have working here dont even have professional degrees and they have the worst attitude!!! Talk about cheap labor! And yes it is the one located in Sherman Way.

Great Customer Service! I love this pharmacy I go very often to get my medicine.. Everyone is always friendly here! I would recommend this pharmacy!
