I come to this walgreens all the time. Almost every damn day. Now, I am a black female, whenever I come here with my hair straight and long, there HAS NOT been a problem. EVER. I come in this morning with my natural hair out and suddenly Im told I need to leave my purse (which I ALWAYS come in with on my back) up front. I told him no, this is my purse and I am not leaving it and continued about my business. Then this manager decides she wants to act like shes tagging things when I just WATCHED her come out a room and ask the guy Rafi "the girl".she proceeds to follow me around the store like Im a criminal. I have never been treated so badly here before. Rafi said it was because of my "bookbag", first of all Im 25 Years old, second of all, Ive lived here for half a year, I walk in here with the same damn purse everyday. YOU DID NOT RECOGNIZE ME AS A REGULAR CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF MY NATURAL HAIR AND PROCEEDED TO TREAT ME AS IVE SEEN YOU TREAT OTHER BLACK FOLK WHO COME INTO THIS STORE. ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Racist! So today my boyfriend and I went in. Im Latina and my boyfriend is black. So we walk in and one of the employees tells him to leave his bag up front because she think hes going to steal. How is it that everyone else can bring their backpacks in but not him? The fact that another couple was laughing at the situation pissed me off even more. Oh! the other couple is allowed to bring their bags in! My boyfriend and I are clam people so there was no need for you to treat him that way. We are all humans at the end of the day there was no need for that. Its always the same 3 employees. I dont have a problem with the store. I have a problem with the workers.
