Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. They are always extremely busy, extremely under-staffed, and extremely slow. This is CVS! They are supposed to be all about the pharmacy, when in fact thats the worst part about this location. They are constantly messing up my prescriptions, taking weeks and weeks to fill them (which forces me run out ALL the time and have to go without them for weeks at a time), and I have a coupon on file for a very expensive prescription that they constantly seem to loose so each and every time I come here I either need to call ahead at least 2 hours in advance to remind them to locate this coupon or else be forced to wait in line an extra 45 minutes to have the coupon re-put into their system AGAIN, not too mention they seem to be out of stock of my stuff way too often. There are two nice men that work at the registers at the pharmacy counter, one is older, and one is pretty young. They are both very nice, but whenever I have to deal with anyone besides them, I am always deeply disappointed. I dont know where else to take my prescriptions...

Store hours say they open at 7am. So does the sign on the door. They are not open at 7. Very frustrating to not be open when they say they will be. Telephone call to store just rings and rings. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service!! Dont waste your time here, especially if youre printing pictures. Their machines dont even work and you will be sitting there just getting frustrated. Dont bother.
