I started going to this pharmacy because I work right across the street; I can tell you that if I could get them to figure out to transfer my Rx then I would. I cant even get them to find my prescriptions in their system that I dropped off there! Let alone try to find one that has been filled at another CVS...I thought they were all linked, they say they are but if you cant find my prescriptions in your system then we have a problem. I have called in a refill, recd a call the next day to pick it up and showed up later that day and they said "it must have been put back since you didnt pick it up"; ummm hello? I just called in the refill yesterday!! They cant figure out how to run my insurance correctly, they have problems every other month. I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy. Every month I go in and if its not the same issue then they create a brand new one! I am going back to RiteAid across the street. They are completely ridiculous and clueless! I cant even go into details because I dont know which probelm to start with. Avoid this CVS at all cost!

Worst pharmacist. Rude and disrespectful. Im a working mother who ccommutes 50 miles to Thousand Oaks for work and barely have time to fill a prescription after work. I went to this CVS on my lunch break, and the pharmacist denied to fill my prescription because I live out of the area! He said he didnt feel comfortable. When I explained that the other CVS in Thousand Oaks was able to fill my out of area prescriptions, he again said he didnt feel comfortable as it is pharmacist discretion. What kind of service is that!

I come here all the time merely out of convenience only because it is within walking distance of my house. It would be better if: 1) Everything wasnt so horribly overpriced and 2) they would get rid of the people sitting in front of the store harassing you for donations. I hate solicitors. I dont know if these people are even legit and I dont appreciate being propositioned for money I dont have every time I have to pick up a prescription or a gallon of milk.

I went to this Cvs and received the worst customer service. They dont know how the advertised extra bucks deal work and were giving me incorrect information. The supervisor Bairon was clueless and the cashier Andrea, omg she needs an attitude adjustment. When I realized that part of my purchase had an issue, I said I didnt need some items. She said I guess your not putting the items back.. Wow.. Dont go here.

CVS is just like most pharmacies that I have visited in the last few years. During peak times, they are too busy and you have to wait and wait and wait. If you go to their website and confirm your order, then it is so much easier. Also, go when most people do not and you will be OK.

My insurance forced me from Walgreens to CVS and so honestly think I would be better off paying cash at Walgreens than to EVER have to deal with this pharmacy AGAIN!!!.

Ive been coming here since they changed to CVS. Right down the street from the house and they are so friendly and sweet. Also love the girls in the pharmacy!!!!
