Worst customer service ever...this is the second time Ive been in line way before anyone walks in to return. Low and behold they take them first. Doesnt matter how long you have been in line. They should help their customers on a first come first serve basis. All the women who work here have a sour puss look on their faces. Horrible shopping experience. The only nice female was the Security Guard who greeted me as I stepped into the store. I wont be coming back thats for sure. If it were up to me I wouldnt give them a star at all!!

Terrible place. They didnt allow the cart to go outside the store and thats ok. Some other stores are like that too. But I couldnt get any help bringing the items to the car. I asked and got disregarded by the staffs. Not to mention the check out line was super long. Avoid avoid avoid if you plan to buy heavier items.

this ross was all over the place. they need to run a cleaning crew down the aisles once in a while, saw clothes on the floor along with other stuff. lastly, the prices arent that low it doesnt even feel like youre getting that good of a price
