Very very poor customer service no maners with people we will never retur to this location again . We use to come to ross dress for less el monte once a week and spend 200 to 300 a week but today the big short light skin security came and kicked us out for sitting in the furniture the have for sale #1 this is the first store i have been were they dont let custumers try the furniture #2 there are ways to talk to people , please learn some maners i think ross is a huge company and the 300 weekly i brought in to this location since they opened wont be missed but i hope this person (employee) bring in more than that

The store is as messy as any other Ross, I have been at this store 3 times and I got loss prevention follow me arround every time ! Long lines, not enough open registers,rude employes. I am never going back.
