Decent selection and mostly friendly staff. Did not receive the best customer service on my trip. I found a pair of sneakers which were barely marked down, yet had a lot of damage to them. For anyone that understands how difficult it is to find that perfect pair, this was them. Yet they were in such poor condition that it did not warrant the price tag on them. Upon requesting a review of the price due to the blatant damage, the staff attempted to find me the same shoe, couldnt, and said they wouldnt do anything to assist with the price. Price was not the point here, its a matter of principle and not paying full price for a sneaker that appears to have been worn and damaged. Nonetheless I walked out with a nice new wallet. Definitely will not be coming back for shoe purchases.

The search for those quality name brand goods at a discount always stops at Nordstrom Rack. You never know what gems youll find and thats part of the excitement. The workers we encountered were all helpful and friendly and my girlfriend found a purse to replace her tattered daily driver, so she left happy. Getting what you need is all you can ask.

I like shopping here. They have a really good selection of shoes and clothing that fit me well. Everytime i visit this store everything is well stocked and organized. I would have given them five stars if the store was bigger, thus more selection.
