WARN YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY...Burlington will not stand behind their defective products. You are basically stuck with a product that doesnt work for you. BEWARE! BURLINGTON COMPANY POLICY STATES that if you purchase clothing that fit in the dressing room, yet shrunk when you washed it, BURLINGTON WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN IT. Which translates to - Burlington will not make good on their defective products. If it fits in the fitting room, yet shrinks out-of-control, the buyer is stuck with the clothing. Burlington will not accept it. How do I know this? I returned $100+ clothing, just 24 hours after my purchase, because it outrageously shrunk. Thus, I am unable to wear it. Went to go return the items and was told by a Burlington employee that they cannot return items because they were washed. I told them, "it fit in the fitting room". THEY WILL NOT RETURN THE SHRUNK CLOTHING. You know what they told me I could do with the shrunk clothing? ..."DONATE IT, BECAUSE WE CANT RETURN IT. ITS OUR POLICY." You know why its "just Burlington now?". Because the brand turned into "just" a MARSHALLS or "just" a TJ MAX or "just" a ROSS. With a very unfair return policy.

I had a very frustrating experience today. Because other Burlington s have offered to help me find items in my size in other stores I asked for the sela me help here at the east Whittier location. However, here they seemed less than happy to help. And the cashier by name of Amy started punching keys in her computer but her voice was just monotoned as indicating her annoyance towards me. Then the lady who seemed to be the manager at this time of 830pm of Tuesday December 27, 2016 asked her Im another very rude tone if I was doing a return or what was it. As if unhappy I was making them look or taking their time. Well, at the end I was just told nothing came.up with those sku numbers. But in all honesty I knew I would be told that. It was clear they were just pretending to do their job. Felt so dismissed.

I love this store i shop here all the time because the prices are affordable. Better than the other overpriced stores around this shopping center. If you want to find deals you have to look twice and you will find stuff at good deals for being name brand. The employees are great always smiling. Dont expect to get a discount on missing buttons ladys and gents it is on clearance for a reason and go buy a button they are not that expensive. To all those people that are complaing where are all the coats if you had time to ask an associate they would tell you that it is only BURLINGTON NOW NOT BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY. So do some research or call ahead of time before u come in to ask about coats. Problem solved

I was purchasing button attached suspenders and asked the cashier about the missing buttons. She checked with the supervisor who handles that department and was told they did not come with them. Wrong answer. I have used that type of suspenders since 1960 and bought two pair at that store in December, 2012, and they always come with buttons; unless they become separated and lost. Many answers would be acceptable, including "I dont know," but not a lie. If one can not get truthful answers to merchandise questions, one must find another source. I left all my purchases at the counter and left the store.

Terrible shopping for 2 hours then I set my 3 items down to try on a sport coat and I literally turn around for 1 minute and all my stuff is gone I asked young lady that works there to help me locate it she cant find it What a waste of 2 hours of my life shopping at Burlington coat factory

I soon as I found my dress, i went to try it on. The person who was at that time in charge of the fitting room was so helpful. Brought to me other dresses to try on. Smiley and so helpful. Overall, I love this store, reasonable prices and good quality.

Only 1 rack of coats. I thought this is a factory. Found one bought it . Now I have to take it back. Because they forgot to remove the security tag. Glad my daughters flight is at 6 in the evening. And not in the am. Very disappointed.

This place has everything i was looking for. Except shoes. They have a section tor size 13 shoes but have 1 maybe 2 pairs. Still great place! And tons if really good quality clothes for the best price.

Im amazed at how horrible the service is here. Employees are NOT helpful. They answer the phone with "hello"--I had to ask if I was calling a business. Unorganized. Messy. Rude.
