Convenient, lots of stores, tons of parking. Petsmart(has a vet clinic inside), BevMo, Ross, (smallish)Wal-Mart, Target(has a Starbucks inside), Ashleys furniture, Dollar Tree, Menchies, Ikea, Islands Burgers, & some other businesses are right here. Fairly safe neighborhood. Bad thing is the layout is kind of confusing. Ross and some other stores are behind stores like Wal-Mart. Ross is on the side where the freeway is. So its easy to miss some stores unless you drive around. If youre walking its worse. You have to walk a LONG way around to get to the other side as there are no convenient paths between stores to get from one side to the other. Or you can cut through Wal-Mart. There is no shade on the sidewalks or parking lot, so it can get really hot. Buses are on far end of parking lot (Wal-Mart side & maybe by Ikea). They only go East & South though. If you need to take the 190 west, you have to cross the street & walk about a mile. This is HORRIBLY inconvenient & cruel to shoppers who have to carry their purchases all that way. Wish they could offer a shuttle service.

Im in shock! I have been coming here for years! All my friend from Covina hills go mainly to feed the cats that have become a part of our community and we always end up in shops .. Security tells me today we cant feed cats anymore because they want them gone!!! Are you serious! They are a part of the mall for years and a company comes by and fixes them all and its a cat colony! Im speading the word ! First of all you cant keep anyone from feeding the cats unless you poison them and there gone but I promise you the whole city of Covina will protest and never step one foot in wasteland mall because without that cat colony the mall has nothing there better to go to West Covina mall! Shame on you!!!! They get rid of the rats that come to the bins where they throw out the food !!! Bad call management

With Westfiled West Covina across the freeway, there is no need for major mall brands to be represented in this area. Therefore, the discount stores (i.e. Ross, Marshalls, etc.) are very welcome. In addition, you have a Wal-Mart and Target anchoring the two ends, banks and a supermarket at the north side, big-chain eateries on the south side next to the freeway, and numerous smaller casual-fast eateries filling in all other available spaces. Not a bad place to be if you need to find something to wear on the cheap AND youre hungry!

This shopping center has EVERYTHING! Dept stores, grocery, restaurants, fast food, craft stores, shoe store, make up, coffee, yogurt, even a Dollar Tree. There is an abundance of parking available, on north and south sides of center. I have NOT seen panhandlers in the lots like many other shopping centers, or Walmarts. At night, I feel safe walking by myself to my car. Its clean, convenient, safe. Oh, and theres a bar across the street at Workman and Terrado Plz. Shop, Dine, Play. Lots going on by the Eastland Center.

Major stores like Target and Walmart are here along with Burlington Coat Factory, Albertsons, and several popular eating options. What isnt so good is the relative ease getting in and out. When the Chase Bank went up, they blocked off access to the northern part of the parking lot access so you cant ATM and go easily unless you meander through getting past Walmart which will be difficult during heavy shopping periods. A better exit/entrance on the north side is by Bank of America.

Nothing spectacular. The place just serves its purpose to the community. I believe it was the first in the entire area, and it has evolved and modernized into a major commercial center (at least for the San Gabriel Valley area). Fairly clean. Several popular stores and many restaurants that are pretty nice. Has major banks (Chase, BofA). Security seemed adequate. But like I said, nothing spectacular.

Love it! Come here several times a week. Love Burlington Coat Factory, PetSmart, Target, Walmart and of course, Albertsons being my go-to grocery with my US Bank branch. Parking is not good though. Walmart area parking is the worst. Also do not like when the Chinese tour buses let off tons of people to go stock up on vitamins a GNC, taking up the entire parking lot.

The Eastland Center is decent--has an okay mix of restaurants and shops--but its still not quite as good as a real mall, or the big shopping complex in Glendora. The traffic around it gets really bad during rush hour, though, which is why we tend to avoid it when we can. The stoplights on Barranca are especially bad.

I love it theyre is alot of stores and dining places here from target, walmart to chillis, bjs and much more. Only down fall is the panhandling at least for me since i have small children its a safety concern... Parking spaces are small over by target & walmart other than that i find this very convenience

Great shopping center. The Wal-Mart is clean if a little small. The Target only smells like burnt popcorn and dirty diapers half the time. The food options are good except for the Chilis which is possibly the worst Chilis ever. The drive-thru Starbucks is awesome as is the Menchies.

Eastland was the first mall in the Eastern San Gabriel valley. Dating back to the late 1950s when it was an open air mall. It was later enclosed to an enclosed mall. Today all the original stores are gone and just a few large stores with direct parking ng access are left.

Eastland Shopping Center has lots of good places to eat and is a great place to shop. They have Banks, fast food and restaurants, shoe stores, clothes stores, Walmart,Target and even a bank of America. My favorate place to eat at this shopping center is Islands.

Very convenient location with enough of a variety in the shops and restaurants to keep you there for a while (if youre so inclined, of course). Bonus points for having an In N Out within walking distance, as well as a ton of palm trees. Aint nobody mad at that..

Its been awhile since Ive tried this shopping center. Things have changed. The selection isnt as good as it used to be, but I guess it would depend on the items your looking for. I noticed that the items in these stores are more seasonal.
