To everyone of you who say this mall is turning around just stop it, stop lying to yourselves. The white flight that occurred here years back has definitely sent the San Gabriel Valley into an unstoppable downward spiral of ghetto. This Mall peaked back in 02-03 When I was a teenager (im 22/yrs old now), when it was a reputable location full of wonderful high-end mall stores run by respectful employees. But now its a shell of its former self. For god-sakes theyre planning on opening an Asian fish market inside the mall like the ghetto one in Eagle Rock. With the major white populace gone, a surge of lower class people from Puente and City of Industry invade this area almost completely now. It was a mistake to move here from OC but now im looking to move somewhere better. Ive had three house break-ins since I moved here to open up a comicbook shop in the area. All I can say is the city is turning into a dump and im getting out of here as soon as humanly possible.

The Mall itself as in shopping is ok however the security guards here are very judgemental. On more then one occasion me and my fiancé have been harrassed for no apparent reason by the rent a cops. Although the mall technically opens at 10am, Amapola opens at 9am and the mall walkers show up at 7-7:30 am. Well we usually show up here in the morning around 7:15am and sit near Amapolas until they open up at 9am. We never cause problems and are quiet sitting here using the wifi and drinking our coffee. Both me and my fiancé have disabilitys and have been discriminated against by security. We were told to leave the mall and to come back at 10am, even though the mall walkers are already in here! If they are allowed in here, then why cant we be allowed in here as well....being that we are customers of Amapola? Its time the mall enforces the rules for EVERYONE, or just leave us alone and stop singling us out!

Its whatever , does not have a lot to offer usually they try to sell you the things that they couldnt sell mostly , which is usually crap , I love to shop but its hard when you live here and nothing ever changes, it always the same over and over, the management is bad , really rude people especially when your asking a simple question , Macys has rude staff not just December basically all the time , the security guards are a joke , and the woman with blonde curly hair that manages the entire mall dose not have the patience or time to manage this mall but hey thats just my opinion and thats I live here .. and never come to this mall..I only come if its an emergency like literally a last min thing or just to eat at the restaurants. I would rather go anywhere else but here. Haha.

Over time this place has evolved into a very good place to meet most of your needs. Having lived nearby the area for over 20 years, I am glad to see the work they have put into it. Great places to eat like Five Guys and Lucilles BBQ, great shopping places and overall they seem to continue to make those improvements. Parking is one area that needs some attending too, especially now that many of the go-to places are accessible from outside. The I-10 side needs a stacked parking lot to handle the increase in demand, but sometimes it is best to just be on the stacked parking on the opposite side and take a 5 minute walk to your place going through the mall than wait maybe 3 or 4 times the walk or even longer looking for parking.

I telephoned about an Android cellphone at around 12:30 pm.. The sales rep I spoke to could not wait to get me off the phone. Bad manners. I asked a question regarding the cellphones monthly cost and the sales rep must have been late for a lunch appointment due to the response back to me was " whatever you are paying now " ???? I thanked the sales rep for taking my call and hung up. I called Bestbuy in industry and all my questions were answered. I am on my way to purchase my new cellphone from them. It is further to drive but Im sure I will be treated the way a customer should be treated.

I was sitting on my HUSBANDS lap waiting for some friends (another married couple) and mall security comes up to us and tells me to get off! She said "we dont allow that here" i said "but were married" She said "i know but its improper and some people will still get offended" who would get offered of a MARRIED couple? I was just casually sitting there, nothing nasty at all. Were 25 and have a baby. Were NOT teenagers. Smh... Does it really say that in the handbook? It ruined my day obviously. I felt like a little kid.

Lets get straight to it! This mall has bomb chicks on the weekends man. You wanna meet some women go to this mall on the weekends man. This mall is way better than the Montclair one thats forsure. The food court is pretty big. The stores are the usual you know H&M, Spencers, Hot topic, Ect. Its pretty good as well that it has best buy. And even though I never ate at those restaurants outside the mall Id say its pretty dope that they are there just incase you go with your family. Overall its a good mall.

Less of a has-been and eyesore nowadays, this mall has really cleaned itself up! When you pass by it on the 10 freeway, its recently remodeled facade looks inviting. I like the Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar there, as well as some of the typical goodies like H&M and Cotton On. However, this mall doesnt really have anything I cant get at the Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, which is way nicer and more thoroughly decked out. To come here would mostly be a convenience based choice.

If anything happens to your car at this place. Like the signs say, you are reliable for anything that happens to your own car. They wont check cameras even if the first amendment protects them, they wont protect you. If you have a nice car dont bring it here because people can hit it. If you have an old car, dont bring it here because it can get stolen because I remember reading that this mall was like the top mall for stolen cars. Be careful people.

I lost my phone and a securitys service guy texted my daughter and a friend of mine saying that somebody found it and returned it to him I mean honestly who in these times would do that in another shopping center. Also people in stores that I have been helped me for letting me use their phone. it was my first time going to that mall I had a great time eating, shopping with my son specially in the oldies record storeit is a very nice place. Thank you.

Nice mall! But Ill love it more if the food court had masis kebab like Santa Anita westfield(Iranian beef &chicken kebab with yummy rice) there and more parking lot and stores such as kids Gap and Old navy!my favourite are torrid and body& bath work but there is not a lot for kids there and I think is the most important thing for every mall!pls bring much more entertainment for kids !but overall it is a good mall:)
