This place definitely is one of the places you must visit when you are at Irvine. However, I think it is slightly overrated. The places I would look out for to come to Diamond Jamboree is only a few places. Chef Hungs and Pho Saigon Pearl. Everywhere else, you could find elsewhere. Parking is a bit of a hassle. If you come during normal dinner hours or lunch hours have fun with parking! Give yourself another 30min - 1hr finding parking. Some KPOP super stars have come here to BCD Tofu House, but honestly I think this place is overrated. They definitely have good food here, but because of the overrated-ness and parking, I would have to deduct a star.

I love this location more than any other Lollicup! They have great customer service and theyll make your drinks exactly how you order it! My favorite employee is Lauren. Shes great on the register and always makes sure you leave there with a smile on your face. Their selection is great -- a drink for every tastebud. Just ask for an suggestion and theyll be glad to give you one. The line gets pretty long after 8pm so expect a 30 minute wait (at least!) some nights! Definitely worth the wait :) Enjoy!

Lots of Korean and Chines food Restaurants are there. H-Mart supermarket is located here. There is a variety of restaurants (Asia Pacific style food) ranging from expensive to moderate. Evenings and weekends are very crowded and sometimes very hard to find a parking spot but you can park at the parking garage next to that for free and take the elevator annexed to the Diamond Jamboree. This is a Family Friendly environment for food.

I really only know this corner nall for boba, baked treats, and H mart. A fantastic area for all sorts of cuisine - Thai, Chinese, Japanese, etc. Fairly pricy, as this part of Irvine is very affluent. H mart is fantastic tho. Great produce! Great flavorful variety. My main complaint would be getting through the parking lot alive, and getting the tasty things you want with a reasonable wait.

Want some type of Asian food? This is your spot. Some amazing chains reside in this spot as well as local favorites. There is enough boba, bread and dessert to keep that sweet tooth satisfied for awhile. If savory is more your thing, youll have to decide between curry, sushi, ramen, and even bulgogi pizza. Choices are plentiful so come starving and ready.

Great place for variety if you like Asian food. Lunch traffic is insanity and I cannot imagine how it will be once the apartment buildings are complete. But if you go before 11:30 or after 1:30, its not so bad. Good place to go on the weekends with family. Roam around after dinner and look at random things. H-Mart is never a bad idea.

Generally kind of pricey, parking is an absolute nightmare (should really have planned the space better, the lot layout itself is questionable and the parking structure is more cramped than a colleges). Food choices arent bad, but could be better -- theres a lot of choices, but most of them are just mediocre in actual taste.

Diamond Jamboree: This corner strip mall caters to the Asian crowd. H-Mart the Asian grocery store, Korean BBQ, Filipino food, Japanese, Chinese, etc. Bad about this small mall is that it is always crowded and there is no place to park. Someone needs to open up another strip mall like this to take some of the crowd away

One star off for parking - yes Im picky, but its always a zoo and I suppose theres no way around that. Means that every business in the shopping center is booming, so thats great! My go-to late night sushi and my ONLY Shabu spot (even pickier about my Shabu) share this center, so I visit way too often. Love it!

The plaza with the first 85℃ bakery. Still super popular and super crowded especially on weekends. Theres never enough parking and the wait time at most of the popular restaurants and eateries can get ridiculously long. Bring lots of patience and optimism to truly enjoy what this plaza has to offer.

Great Asian Plaza with a lot of restaurants and a few fun things to do. (Karaoke, happy hours etc.). Contains a few shopping and services catered toward he Asian communities (massages, realty, etc.) Parking can get jammed at night since all the Asians in Irvine Love this place (me included).

Many great Asian American shops and restaurants, but terrible parking during peak hours. Parking structure is designed in such a way that there is only one reversible lane of traffic, which is less than optimal, to put it nicely. Otherwise, great place for some great eats and a great time!

This place has a great selection of Asian restaurants. There are places to grab a quick snack, grab a drink, grab dinner, or grab dessert. I took one star off because this place is almost always packed after 5PM, which makes parking a nightmare. But if you can find parking, its great!

Parking at the front lot is a patience test. Back garage is multilevel so try that first. Main driveway in gets crowded. Try the rear driveway in from McGaw Ave.(driveway in is between the church and factory building-see photo) that takes you straight in towards the parking garage.

Great little place to grab a bite to eat if you can find parking. There is a little hidden parking structure if you enter from alton street and drive between H mart and the end of the strip mall and it will be off to your left. It usually has parking if you go all the way up.

You can buy fresh produce and Korean marinated bbq meats that you can grill at home from H Mart Market and different types of breads and pastries from 85 Degrees, the 2 main attractions there. Most other restaurants in the center are just ok, not great but not terrible.

We visit Diamond Jamboree at least a few times per week. We shop for Asian groceries at Hmart. We buy baked goods at 89 Bakery. We eat Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and American cuisine at the many restaurants. It is a one stop destination to take care of our daily needs.

Has a nice variety of places to eat, some neat stores, and a couple fun activities (escape room, karaoke, etc.). Always so crowded though, so if you go on the weekend, just park in the structure and not waste time trying to find parking in front of the stores.

This shopping center is full of Asian restaurants. I am a fan of the restaurants they have, but parking always seems to be a pain. They do have a parking structure behind the plaza, but if you are here to shop at H Mart, it isnt the most convenient.

Home to 85* Bakery, whats not to love? Be sure to stop by on Monday for an $0.85 coffee! After youve indulged in your tasty coffee, stop be Afters ice cream practically next door. Youll need to hit up the gym daily after all of this, of course.

My go-to place for all foods Asian. Co-Co Curry is my favorite Japanese Curry House. I first visited them on one of my many trips to Japan. In addition to Co-Co Curry, the have French inspired desserts as well as the best Dim Sum house as well.

The food is delicious! They have a big variety of Japanese dishes - sushi and similar. This sushi bar has updated their serving system and its amazing, efficient and fun. Totally worth going there!! We really enjoyed ourselves and our food.
