April 8, 2016 Today at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, CA. I had an unbelievable experience. Upon our arrival, we parked in the parking garage in section E the 1st floor. We decided that Reagan, our son 13 months old, and I would stay in the car. Reagan was sleeping. Jennifer, my wife and Reagans mother, would go into Burlington Coat Factory to handle an exchange. I lowered the two front windows down while waiting and began playing a game on my phone. After about 10 minutes, or so a Security Guard stuck her head into my passenger window and began to berate me with a series of questions. What am I dong here? Are you waiting for some one? How long are you going to be here? I responded to the Guard that I was awaiting for someone to return from a store. The Guard kept pressing me for more information. At which time I ask the Guard for the name and phone number of their Supervisor. The Guard stated that information would be of no use because the Supervisor was not in at this time. I then ask for the Corporate name and phone number. The Guard responded that She did not know the office phone number for the company. I then ask her for the name of her employer and her name. She gave me the following Carolina Trujllo and AlliedBarton Security Service. Carolina, The Guard, also state the she was the Lead/Supervisor Guard for that location, Bella Tarra Shopping, Dining and Entertainment. Caroling, The Guard, then began to give me orders on the proper way to raise my child. This Security continued to harass me. It was at this time, I called the Huntington Beach Police Department for their assistance. Upon their arrival, they informed me that the Bella Terra suffers from excessive car thefts and break ins. So I ask the Police Offices the following, "So this gives the Security Guard the right to treat everyone as a criminal?" And basically the Police Office said yes it does. It is really a sad place to live and shop when all I am doing is sitting in my car awaiting the return of my wife, playing a game on my phone, with my 13 month old son sleeping in his car seat and I am treated like a Criminal! What is this World coming to, God Help us all! Carolina Trujllo is an over zealous "Want to be Police Office", with no people skills and no hope of ever becoming a Public Servant (Police Office). If Carolina Trujllo is the best Guard, Supervisor, that both Bella Terra/DJM Capital Partners Inc and AlliedBarton Security Service has to provided customer service and protection for customer, then This must be a sad day for Bella Terra and its customers. The best use of her time as to harass a person sitting in a car with a sleeping baby. How many cars were broken into while She was harassing my son and I! I spoke to a Lady that identified herself as the General Manager of Bella Terra (she would not give me her name or business card) and she was good with Carolina Trujllo behavior. What a sorry view for Its customer satisfaction experience at Bella Terra. This is one of the most unpleasant experiences in my life. Shame on Bella Terra/DJM Capital Partners Inc. for providing this as part of their approved Customer Shopping Experience Thanks, Ray Glisson

Lots of different stores to choose to shop at along with a variety of food options to choose from for snacks, lunch or dinner stops. Theres also the movie theater that has been newly renovated with soft leather reclining chairs that are so comfortable. Sit back and enjoy the most recent movie of your choice while your family shops for school clothes! Lol! Or enjoy a movie afterwards with the entire family. However you & your family prefer. Of Course thats a decision for you and your family to decide. Theres also a nice play area in the middle of Bella Terra. Where the children like to run around and play. Sometimes during the weekends they have a live band playing where people can dance or sit on the provided benches. Its truly a he great place that is Fun for Everyone of All Ages!!! But dont just take my word for it, Go check it out for yourself! Theres plenty of parking too! Theres parking in the parking lot everywhere by every single store. But theres also a parking structure 2 in which it has signs telling you what story has how many parking spots available on each level. Which is very, very helpful! ✌❤☺

Its nice, lively, etc... But thats almost part of the problem. From what I saw, there was no dedicated parking structure; you literally share parking with the surrounding businesses in what one would initially assume is a newer oversized strip mall. Finding the leasing office is cumbersome, as the visage is neo-utilitarian, with the first story being luxury services and dining... Its as if there is no true front, nor is there any gate or entry courtyard. They are also, apparently, vehemently anti-tobacco and cannabis. I was informed that the lease cites adherence to federal regulation in lieu of state law, and they actually do cite tenants if odors are detected.

Pretty shopping center with a little bit if everything. ULTA, Lorna Jane, Bed,Bath,Kohls, etc. There is Cinemark theater that is nice. The big screen has reclining chairs that are comfy. Although it seems to be going down hill since they started serving beer and wine. Last time we were there the place was filthy. There are many options for dining that are excellent, Sol, Eureka burger, CPK, Fish House, Cheesecake Factory, and smaller franchises also. LUNA grill is one of our favs. Kabuki always disappoints us when we eat at that location. Bummer. Huge parking structure in the back parking lot next to Costco. Great Whole Foods market too! Lots of options.

This place is a nice theatre. Unfortunately the night manager is over reactive and unreasonable. We were talking BEFORE the previews. During the commercials they force you to watch before the previews. She came and kicked us out of the movie with no explanation even though we told her we would stop talking. No warnings. "You just you have to leave now." We have never disrespected a movie experience in our lives. But to get kicked out during the commercials without warning in unreal. I didnt get her name but she was an older blonde woman. Apparently, you are forced to watch the commercials here or leave.

Youre pretty standard Mall everything you would expect with a few were High Class Tours and some affordable things to do as well incredible theater Barnes and Noble and Starbucks you can pick up your clothes for the beach or go to Johnny Rockets in right next door you could take a date to Chinese. For those of you who want to impress or dont want to deal with the terrible parking theres valet service if not good luck on the parking or expect to take some stairs in the car structure that was built for a smaller area. Freeway accessible and close to Old World Village and the Golden West College

I really like going to the movies here. I routinely go to Happy Nails for Manis and Pedis. I also like shopping for stuff at Ulta for makeup and shampoo as well as Old World Market for gift cards and international wines. Bed Bath and Beyond is a must if you own a home and is convenient located next to Corepower yoga which Ive been taking classes since Aug 2013. Wholefoods is also in #bellaterra which i both grocery shop and have lunch and dinner routinely. Yes I also pop by jamba juice and Kabukis. Plus the atmosphere is always light with a great energy. A+
