Great flower arraignments. But some of the worst customer service. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who had surgery. Hoping to surprise her and lighten her day. To make a long story short. They didnt deliver the flowers the day they said they would. I called the next day to find out what happened. The lady insisted that they delivered them. I told them that I had already spoken to my girlfriend, and the hospitals main desk and confirm that they had not received them. The lady told me that she would call me back. Once the lady realized they had made the mistake, she call me back and said that they would deliver them in a few hours. My call was in the late morning and the flowers werent delivered until almost 6pm that evening. Later I found that she had called the hospital to speak to my girlfriend and insisted several times that the flowers were delivered. Basically calling the hospital and my girlfriend a liar. Since when did it become okay to call the person who is suppose to be receiving the flowers, and just got out of a 5hr surgery a liar, by insisting that something had been delivered to them when it had not. I hope for their sake. They the lady with the strong accent learns to provide better customer service. I personally will never order flowers from them again.

My experience with walnut creek florist has always been exceptional. The owner went above and beyond for me. I dont know where all these bad reviews are coming from. I have see and will continue to use Walnut Creek Florist for all of my floral needs.
