To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I received a 3rd party email requesting a review in which i attempted to express my disappointment. That company encouraged me to go to the website to contact the business. I combed through both of this companies websites and neither had an email for me to email directly. This is the first time I have ever left a review for a business but this is unacceptable. I did receive the flowers and they were horrible! Not what I chose or paid for. The bouquet didnt even have the flowers that were advertised. The photos of what was ordered and what was received are attached. This was for a friend who had 2 family members dye within 2 days of each other. The flowers that she received were embarrassing!! If your business is proud of the bouquet it sent, you should be ashamed to be in business. That is not what I paid for. I will NEVER use your services again and I will never refer your services.

I have used these guys for a variety of things and each bouquet is lovely. I live in the area and have often gotten to see the results of their work, so I can say what I ordered is what I expected...so many times with florists I feel like this isnt the case. They do a nice job of putting a healthy and well organized bouquet with the flowers you request on a quick timeframe. Obviously, things arent always available, but if you ask them to leave out the "fillers" they do it. Its amazing! The people on the phone are always nice...they sound busy, but efficient. I dont think Id use anyone else in their delivery area...

I just want to say that I have used Country Side Floral in Issaquah, WA numerous times. I have bought my wife flowers for her birthday, purchased Easter Gifts for my children and will continue to purchase flowers for all occasions. The flower store is the best of the best and I am always greeted with a smiling face and a happy employee whether in person or on the phone. I live in Mn and chose Countryside Floral based on reviews. I spoke with Amanda when I called to discuss a holiday arrangement for my family in Issaquah. I couldnt have been more pleased with her willingness to discuss options and enthusiasm for making the perfect contemporary table arrangement. As promised, the arrangement was outstanding and Patty even emailed me a picture of the centerpiece/masterpiece! Countryside Floral should definitely be at the top of the list when ordering flowers.

Ruined my birthday. Was surprised a delivery of a cactus garden which never showed up and no notification or explanation. When I called for a refund and explanation I was told "we are located in Issaquah and it is being delivered downtown, Seattle it would NEVER have made it by 2:30. You need to take it up with the people your mom ordered it through". As someone who has owned a small business this is NEVER how you treat a customer.

These guys ROCK! Whether I remember to order plenty in advance--or the usual last minute--Jon and his staff go out of their way to meet and exceed expectations. Beautiful arrangements that my Mom loves and simple yet long lasting set-ups for the cemetery in Issy for Dad and family members. Plus Jon is a SPARTAN and any MSU horticulture alum gets high marks in my book. Elite without being elitist! Recommended highly without reservation.

We ordered flowers for my fathers memorial with very short notice . I didnt want traditional funeral arrangements and Katie immediately understood my needs. I thought I would have to go in person to explain what I wanted, but after talking to Katie, I felt very confident making this order over the phone. The flowers exceeded my expectations and stayed fresh for over a week. I would highly recommend Countryside Floral & Garden!

I went to Countryside today to get a bouquet for my fathers grave. The staff was excellent, super-fast, and made a perfect bouquet for my price range. They also provided the arrangements for his funeral service, and the flowers lasted for weeks. I dont live near Issaquah, but would gladly make the drive for their friendliness and service. Im one of the owners of Countryside and have been for 27 years. We are not in Redmond and never have had a location there. Getting through to Google about this is almost impossible. We re sorry for any confusion this has caused. We never placed ourselves here and cant seem to communicate with Google that we have one location, in Issaquah.

Called last minute to get flowers sent to my sisters school on her first day after having to transfer middle schools. The delivery driver came all the way back from his current route in order to pick up the arrangement and get it delivered before school was out. Awesome customer service, greatly appreciated.

This was so disappointing. We ordered an arrangement for a co-worker and what she received is completely different than what we ordered. The flowers werent even the same. I would be happy to post a picture of what we ordered along side what was delivered so you can all see what a complete rip off it was.
