ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I really wish I had checked Yelp for their reviews before purchasing but unfortunately I didnt until it was too late. I purchased a bouquet for my sister for Valentines Day. I decided on a all rose bouquet (safe and easy enough for a child to assemble and still look nice... or so I thought) and since it was an FTD affiliated site I thought it would be fairly safe. Unfortunately I was dead wrong. Now, normally FTDs policy is when they are out of stock of a flower they will replace them with similar flowers of equal value, unless the bouquet is all one type of flower (like mine), and they will replace with the same type of flower in the nearest shade. Unfortunately, they didnt do that. My all-rose bouquet ended up 50% roses and 50% some cheap grocery store flowers. HOW HARD IS IT TO COPY THE SAME SIMPLE BOUQUET you make 50 times a day in 1 type of flower?? I mean, you must seriously hate flowers and/or your job to somehow make a flower ugly without doing a thing to it except putting it into a vase. The sad looking bouquet was not at all as pictured and the worst part of this whole situation is that they offer a 10 day guarantee, but dont honor it. What good is having a guarantee if youre not going to HONOR it?? I sent emails directly to them (forwarding the email to every email address listed on their website and any others I could find), in addition to contacting FTD directly. Well, needless to say neither FTD nor A Bed of Flowers contacted me back to resolve the ugly flower issue. They also dont answer their phone after multiple calls, nor multiple emails. Im just asking for you to deliver the flowers I selected, and paid for, PER YOUR OWN GUARANTEE. If you cant or wont do that, refund my money, again, PER YOUR OWN GUARANTEE. After seeing the flowers, and having experienced this nightmare, I decided to check out their reviews online which is how I found out that they are a truly nightmare company that should be out of business! Everyone steer clear, I mean far far away from this establishment. There is no point in even selecting a specific bouquet from the pictures because they send whatever over-priced grocery store quality flowersthey feel like sending and completely ignore all your attempts to contact them when you call to ask for a new bouquet when you receive the wrong flowers or are trying to get a refund. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.

HORRIBLE!!!! My fiancé ordered flowers to have them delivered on vday I didnt receive them and he kept on calling and leaving messages and no one would return his call back I call the next day and spoke to the boss and she hung up on me didnt even care what I had to say all I wanted was a refund for the flowers my fiancé purchased. who want a bouquet of flowers the day after valentines day? Not me. This place is a big time no no!!

Worse than terrible - ordered two days ahead - asked them to be sure to deliver to my two daughters same exact flowers by 3 PM - told them please dont take the order if they couldnt do it - delivery location was 2 blocks from the store - they PROMISED "no problem by 3 PM" - ended up they delivered only one by 9 PM - other child cried her way to bed! Thanks Bed Of Flowers - you are indeed the worst.

Have used them for several years and they have always created the most beautiful and thoughtful arrangements, if requested they add cookies,balloons and birthday cakes and have always delievered on time. I have been very pleased

I dont enjoy writing this. I placed a delivery order for Valentines Day and it was never delivered. Bed of Flowers dropped the ball on the biggest day of the year.
