Rose Florist filled an order I purchased through the FTD website. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my workplace for a coworkers farewell party. When the arrangement arrived, I was really disappointed. For the amount of money I paid, the arrangement was tiny. It barely resembled the picture on the FTD website. I understand florists sometimes have to substitute flowers if theyre not readily available. However, this was ridiculous. I called the Rose Florist to let them know I wasnt pleased with the order. I noted that it was cute, however, not what I purchased online. The lady was rude and asked if I ordered from FTD or called them directly. I said through FTD. She said FTD gets a cut of the profits. I understood that, but that didnt explain why the arrangement was so tiny and hardly resembled the one I saw online. She said I could bring the arrangment in and they would add some flowers. I said I was at work and couldnt do that. She said shed give me $10 off my next order. I said I didnt want money back, I just wanted to get the arrangement I ordered. A few hours later, a delivery man dropped off a new arrangement. It wasnt any different from the one they originally delivered!! To make matters worst, he demanded he take back the original arrangement since he drove all the way out to my workplace. I returned it to him, but this is the last time Ill order through FTD or Rose Florist.

Ive ordered from this florist in the past, it was OK. This time, I placed my order four days in advance and requested a AM delivery, Not only did they fail to fulfill this order, they called and requested if they can deliver them on Monday, 5 days after I requested them to be delivered! Very sad, in todays economy you would think small business would try to earn the trust of the people that they server.

after reading the other reviews i thought i would check it out. they were right... the staff was very helpful.. however they spent so much time helping someone else out that they didnt even acknowledge that i was in the store. after 15 minutes of me being impatient i left the store flowerless. i saw a few of the arrangements and wasnt impressed either.

I went into this shop to see some options for my wedding. They barely said hi and when I told them what I was looking for (usually they would see $$$ with the word wedding) they pointed to some books and did not speak another word to me. I will be making my purchase somewhere else!

Wow! This place is amazing! I called at about 3:15p last minute to have some flowers delivered. Heather was great and got the flowers out to where they needed to go. Thank you so much! They put a smile on my Aunts face during this tough time. Youre the best!

My fiance is on base at Travis AFB and these guys were able to not only get flowers to her, but called their driver back so that I could place my order and get them to her today. THAT is customer service! Thank you from Idaho!
