I really disliked that as i am heading towards the ice to get a bag the person assigning the customers to cashiers says really loud "whoever hasnt been asigned a register, please wait on the line. The line is over here." Then as I am waiting for my friend to pay, the cashier asks me if I touched any of the alcohol in the store. See if it was normal procedure to card anyone who touches alcohol they would do it at the door not at checkout. I may be exaggerating but that was just rude, so i did the mature thing and ignored her childish question. Her name is Ella and I didnt get his name but hes a tall african-american gentleman who I believe realized his mistake because be tried to be cheery and festive but did NOT apologize for the misunderstanding.

I live in the area and i heard so much about BevMo that I had to go and give them a try, Well as it turns out I have visited this establishment three times and two of those times they did not have what I wanted and the one time they did it was more expensive than other place I cant tell you the brand but I could tell you It was Vodka which i later found at a local grocery store and at a much lower price, well this store might be great for people who want $0.05 cent wine bottles just not for me.

Lots of wine. Some good deals. Fairly regular 5-cent sale on brands they have a relationship with (buy one bottle, second bottle at 5-cents). Occasional deals for members of the store loyalty program (Club Bev). Store is split about 65 to 35 wine, and beer and spirits. Its easy to overspend here. Store is located inside of a strip-mall off Sepulveda. Theres decent amount of parking, though not always right in front.

Nice product selection, but the employees need to get off their high horse. Stopped by for a 6-pack of an indie beer, due to a promotion the company was running, and I was stared down and rudely served. Walking out, one of the employees says with a little attitude, "enjoy your beer." Laughable. I havent had a reason to stop by again, nor am I sure I will be stopping by again.

What can I say? It is BevMo. Good selection, reasonable prices, usually very helpful staff and not too crowded. They lose a star and I know they lose customers with their always check id policy. It may be flattering in youre 30-50 but at 70 it is annoying. Two of my friends wont go there any more because of it. It is a waste of time to everyone.

Honestly just a worse Total Wine, the only thing they have going for them is location. The upside is they will price match their superior, Total Wine, but they also take ages to do so and act like you are inconveniencing them in the process. Obviously the solution would be to not price gouge, but thats just the way it is at BevMo.

Best when they have their 5 cent sale, prices are not always the cheapest but they have a good selection (especially my most favorite pinot noir - Belle Glos Meiomi - that you cannot find anywhere else near me). Friendly & helpful staff!

They have alot of wine and spirits but Im a beer guy and they have a super small selection of beer kind of disappointed was looking for a specific beer but they didnt have it . But if your into wine and hard alcohol its a good place .

Very large liquor store with helpful and friendly staff. If they dont have what youre looking for, they can easily assist you with other suggestions of what to get for something similar to what youre looking for.
