To whom this may concern, Why is your customer service so rude? Every time Ive stepped foot in your store, Ive come across angry wine sales men? I think wine should be a pleasure to buy, especially when one is buying a great Red or Scotch for a colleague, friend or love. Im sticking with the local wine store right in Calabasas, forget the extra mile to your store. Ive been to your store more then a number of times and was treated like crap, even if Im walking out the door with a $100 bottle of wine. Treat your customers with respect, how you wish your company should succeed. Geeze, even Ralphs would be better to go to then you. Sorry, after much talk with friends and thought, Woodland Hills Wine Company is just Not a friendly place to be in!

Based on a friends advice I decided to visit this shop yesterday as I was looking for some good Champagne from a fine wine shop. I walked in and said OMG this place has it all... I started browsing the Champagne section when I was immediately approached by a friendly sales guy (I forgot his name) he pointed to two bottles that I should get, so I bought both plus some wine that looked good! I opened both Champagnes that evening and was blown away by how delicious they were and all my dinner guests agreed. I wish I bought more but now Im going back for more! I love this place and it really has an amazing selection of fine wines and Champagnes from $10-$2000 a bottle...

I found this site by searching through wine-searcher and they had a competitive price on a wine I was looking for as a gift. Website indicated it was in-stock and ready to ship. I recieved an email the next day after my order indicating it was not available. They offered another wine as a replacement but after explaining that I wanted that specific wine they canceled my order. Clearly better integration is needed between advertised inventory and their actual products.

I have been in the store a number of times, mostly buying budget wines. 10-25 bucks a bottle. I often ask for help and receive it promptly and with enthusiasm as they explain why they like this wine or that. We are rarely disappointed. Living nearby it is hard to think I will be shopping elsewhere for wine.

Wonderful place to order from online. Had 3 bottles shipped across the country, but placed it in 2 different orders. They actually called me to tell me they were going to place it as one order to save me $12 in shipping costs. So nice and helpful. Will definitely order from them again!

excellent selection, knowledgeable staff, honest recommendations, good prices. online ordering is a breeze, in-store service consistently good. prices are mostly better than shops in West LA, worth the trip over the hill. Burgundy selection/prices best on West Coast.

Very large selection, various wine producing regions of the world are reasonably well represented. Oddly soulless and and unpleasant warehouse-showroom building. Staff is standoffish but I dont mind. Ill definitely continue going here when in need.

Hidden gem - very knowledgeable staff here. We usually buy from wineries we visit, but when in town, we find whatever we need here and they are great at suggesting the "next" thing we should try based on our tastes.
