Wish I could put zero stars. Daughter paid the UPS clerk at this location to package and send a large replica Tang Dynasty Horse Statue to me in Wisconsin. It was over 30 lbs and they charged her $380 to send. It arrived May 15th with its head completely severed, broken into pieces and a large gaping open space in its tail. The UPS driver was rude and blamed whoever packaged it, saying it wasnt his fault. Actually walked out on me while asking him why he slammed it to the ground and spilled styrofoam all over the foyer and breezeway. Horrible attitude, but he obviously knew hed get away with it without any repercussions. Now I always keep my phone ready to record any dealings with their drivers. Was told someone would get in touch with me in 8 days. Instead today June 5th I called my local UPS to hear the claim had been denied without anyone ever contacting me to inspect the package or the damage. Called UPS in Vallejo only to get a recorded message time after time without a return call. Do not let this happen to you. Have learned in the interim that it can be an uphill battle to get restitution for damage claims with this company. They are unscrupulous and have no qualms about delivering shoddy service because they are too big to fail.

The mature lady that usually works is awesome and kind.... as for the young women working there.... rude, slow and without basic knowledge of this business... I wont say Ill never go back...but if those girls are working.. Im out of there!!

Excellent service by the employees at this particular location .Couple weeks a ago I went in that store to do my shipment ,was impressed with there packing skills .Very busy store but staff were very friendly and nice . Great service
