Exceptionally nice and eager to help! Ive never refilled ink cartridges before. The associate, Alex, was wonderful at explaining the process and amount of time it would take. My cartridges were very old and sat empty for many many years, so they were full of air bubbles and dried ink, however he was able to clean them, or in my case, had pre-filled cartridges available for trade. Thank you, I will be a return customer!

Customer service was incredible. They actually made sure I understood all my options. Prices were great too. I just really appreciate family owned businesses that care more about their customers than share holder meetings.They know my name. Imagine that! A friend of mine even had her cell phone fixed there.These guys know their stuff.

They sold me used cartridges that were empty and was clearly evident when attempting to print my business product guides. The store worker loves to argue and was completely disrespectful. I would never shop here or recommend this business to anyone.. unless i hated them.
