Hey Ricky see my name there?thats real unlike your sorry excuse of a review! But if your concerned about getting slapped...talk to me Ill do it Rick James style!!! Bet that!!! Anyways Ive been using this store for years now and the staff to the boss have more than exceptionally helpful even on the busiest days!!! Take it from me when I say I spend a lot of money on line and can show you just how helpful and going above and beyond customers service Jennifer and Vanessa and Boss Man have been! They always ask how have I been and make each experience a breeze!!! If your looking for a safe and secure place to receive your mail or packages/packing products or notorys done, this is your place! But if your aNY thing like B!@#$Waffle Ricky please dont bother this place of business!

Ricky concerned

I called this ups store at 335 pm and asked if they were open and the person said no and I said what kind of business closes at 3 pm on a Saturday he hung up on me and called me back , which I find unprofessional , he told me he would slap my face for talking to him like that. I will never ever go back to this ups store and I will be contacting the proper authorities on this person/store.
